Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kendala yang ditemukan di lapangan tentang proses pembelajaran IPA di sekolah menengah pertama. Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan berorientasi pada literasi sains dan kemandirian siswa belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Kemandirian belajar dapat terlaksana dengan melatihnya melalui e-modul berbasis literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memerinci tingkat efisiensi e-modul berbasis literasi sains tema Ayo siaga bencana untuk melatih kemandirian belajar siswa SMP. Metode yang digunakan ialah Research & Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yakni tahap analisis (analysis), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), implementasi (implementation) dan evaluasi (evaluation). Pada tahap implementasi menunjukkan hasil kevalidan e-modul berbasis literasi sains tema ayo siaga bencana untuk melatih kemandirian belajar siswa SMP bahwa berdasarkan validasi oleh ahli materi diperoleh presentase nilai 93,7% pada kategori “Sangat Valid”, validasi oleh ahli bahan ajar diperoleh presentase nilai 89% pada kategori “Sangat Valid” dan validasi oleh ahli pendidik diperoleh presentase nilai 85,79% pada kategori “Sangat Valid”. Hasil tingkat efisiensi produk e-modul mencapai presentase nilai presentase sebesar 87,16% pada kategori “Sangat Efisien”. Kata kunci: E-modul; Literasi Sains; Ayo Siaga Bencana; Kemandirian Belajar.
This study aims to develop student worksheets with based a contextual teaching learning approach to build students' critical thinking skills on the theme of global warming. The type of research used in this research is research and development by adopting a modified research procedure from Sugiono and has several stages, namely potential problems, data collection, product design and product validity. The instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire validation sheet consisting of material expert validation including aspects assessed are material/content aspects, language aspects, presentation aspects and media expert validation consisting of media/graphic aspects. The results of research and development show the validation level of students' worksheets with based contextual teaching learning approaches to build students' critical thinking skills on the global warming theme seen from overall, it is included in the very valid category with a score of 82% from assessmen the experts.
Pembelajaran IPA di beberapa sekolah di kabupaten Serang masih jarang melakukan praktikum, meskipun tersedia kit praktikum. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan terhadap guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP IPA Kab. Serang. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan keterampilan guru merancang praktikum sederhana dan menggunakan kit praktikum. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam durasi 34 JP berupa kegiatan pelatihan dan penugasan. Pelatihan sesi 1 dilakukan secara daring dengan luaran berupa desain praktikum yang dibuat oleh guru, sedangkan pelatihan sesi 2 dilaksanakan secara luring di SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas. Evaluasi akademik dilakukan terhadap tugas yang terkumpul dan evaluasi non akademik meliputi respon peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan guru memiliki pengalaman mengajar bervariasi, jumlah tugas yang terkumpul sebanyak 40 desain praktikum. Guru terampil dalam menyusun desain praktikum dan menggunakan kit dengan baik. Guru puas dengan kegiatan pelatihan dan berharap kegiatan dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Setelah kegiatan, guru diharapkan dapat menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperolehnya untuk melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolahnya masing-masing.
This research is based on problems during a field case study regarding the implementation of science learning in junior high schools. The teaching materials used are not appropriate to involve students in the learning process so that students' science process skills are not maximized.The purpose of this study is to develop SPS-based e-module teaching materials to train science communication skills for class VIII junior high school students and to measure the level of validity of the developed product. The method used is a research and development (R&D) method of 3-D model, namely the phase of defining, designing, and developing. At the development phase, a science e-module has been produced which is validated by 2 expert validators from Untirta's science lecturers and 3 practitioner validators from eighth grade science teachers in 3 different schools. The product is validated based on an assessment of the material and media presentation. The results of research and data analysis show that the percentage of product validity is 87.3% which is included in the very valid category. That's means the Science Process Skills (SPS)-Based Science E-Modul with the Green Transportation Theme to Train Science Communication Skills for Class VIII Junior High School Students can be declared very valid
