Collection « Cohésion sociale et pluralisme culturel »La collection « Cohésion sociale et pluralisme culturel » est une plateforme de publication pour la recherche scienti que sur le thème des migrations et de la di érence culturelle, ainsi que sur les conséquences sociétales des migrations transnationales. À la demande du Forum suisse pour l'étude des migrations et de la population (SFM), le Conseil scienti que du SFM édite des travaux de recherche appliquée et fondamentale. Grâce à une orientation à la fois multilingue et interdisciplinaire, cette collection a l'ambition de jeter des ponts entre les traditions de recherche et les disciplines.
Sozialer Zusammenhalt und kultureller PluralismusDie Reihe «Sozialer Zusammenhalt und kultureller Pluralismus» begründet eine Publikationsplattform für die wissenschaftliche Forschung zu Fragen der kulturellen Verschiedenheit und deren Folgen auf die gesellschaftliche Dynamik. Herausgegeben im Auftrag des Schweizerischen Forums für Migrations-und Bevölkerungsstudien (SFM), publiziert die Reihe hochstehende Arbeiten, die über angewandte Forschung auch die Grundlagendiskussion vorantreiben. Dank ihrer mehrsprachigen Ausrichtung und dank ihrer interdisziplinären Sensibilität soll die Reihe als Brückenkopf zwischen verschiedenen Forschungstraditionen und Disziplinen dienen.

Lors de la mise en oeuvre d'un projet de recherche appliquée visant à lutter contre le nonrecours, il a été pos sible d'identifier trois obstacles (fédéralisme, dépendance au sentier et propriété du problème) au développement d'un instrument pour lutter contre le nonrecours. Ils sont étudiés tour à tour dans le cadre de cet article.

Lors du dépôt de leur demande d’asile, des jeunes se présentant comme mineur·e·s sont soumis·e·s à une procédure d’évaluation d’âge à l’issue de laquelle elles et ils seront considéré·e·s soit comme majeur·e·s, soit comme mineur·e·s. Alors qu’elle a des conséquences importantes, tant sur la suite du parcours migratoire que sur la personne qui doit s’y soumettre, cette procédure est mal connue. À partir du cas suisse, cette contribution apporte un éclairage sur ses enjeux juridiques, épistémologiques et éthiques et les mécanismes à travers lesquels elle contribue à taire et délégitimer la parole des jeunes exilé·e·s.
