Depuis le 18e siècle, de nombreux travaux ont concerné l'agglomération antique de Jublains - Nouiodunum, ancien chef-lieu des Aulerques Diablintes. En 1996, un projet communal a fourni l'occasion d'étudier un nouveau secteur de quelque 4 400 m2 dans la partie sud-est de la ville antique. Les fouilles ont livré quelques traces d'une occupation laténienne et des indices diffus de l'époque augustéenne mais la véritable urbanisation du quartier n'intervient qu'à la période tibéro-claudienne. Celle-ci est toutefois restée en suspens : réseau viaire inachevé et implantation résidentielle incomplète. Les espaces incomplètement aménagés sont occupés par des unités artisanales (forges, tannerie), avant qu'un abandon progressif du quartier n'intervienne entre la fin du IIe siècle et celle du IIIe. Une véritable réappropriation des lieux ne s'observe qu'aux VIIIe - IXe siècles. La concordance des orientations entre le bâti de cette époque et celui de l'Antiquité pose question quant à la réalité et à la nature de ce hiatus apparent de près de cinq siècles.
Le développement durable et l'entreprise : quelle responsabilité envers quelles parties prenantes ?-Les cas MIGROS et COOP sur le marché agroalimentaire suisse L'intérêt accordé actuellement au développement durable explique l'attention, dans la littérature managériale, au concept de responsabilité de l'entreprise (RSE). L'approche des parties prenantes permet de justifier cette responsabilité de l'entreprise dans le développement durable, et de préciser envers qui l'entreprise est responsable. Ce cadre théorique élargit la représentation des objectifs de l'entreprise, puisque les dirigeants tiennent compte des intérêts de l'ensemble des parties prenantes (et pas seulement ceux des actionnaires) (MERCIER, 2006). Cette approche permet d'expliquer la prise en compte des préoccupations environnementales dans la stratégie, et constitue la référence principale des travaux récents sur le développement durable (voir par exemple STEAD et STEAD, 2000 ; KAISER et FORSBERG, 2001 ; WHEELER et al., 2003 ; MARTINET, 2006). L'approche par les parties prenantes fait cependant l'objet de plusieurs débats, liés à la prise en compte des intérêts de la nature (LAURIOL, 2004 ; BAZIN, 2006), et au rôle de l'éthique / l'intérêt économique, pour justifier l'intérêt accordé aux parties prenantes (MERCIER, 2006). Deux perspectives alternatives peuvent être distinguées au sein de l'approche par les parties prenantes, l'une centrée sur des préoccupations éthiques, l'autre sur le profit (DONALDSON et PRESTON, 1995 ; MERCIER, 2006). Sur un plan empirique, il est donc pertinent d'observer des cas concrets d'entreprises, confrontées aux enjeux de développement durable et de responsabilité. Le secteur agroalimentaire constitue un contexte d'application intéressant de ces réflexions, car il est concerné au premier chef par les enjeux de développement durable ; le secteur est confronté à d'importants problèmes environnementaux, liés au fonctionnement actuel du système agroalimentaire qui génère des externalités négatives (RASTOIN, 2006 ; MOLETTA, 2006). La prévention de la pollution (liée par exemple au transport des denrées) et la recherche de modes d'agriculture plus durables figurent parmi les priorités. Deux cas choisis dans le secteur agroalimentaire, les deux principales enseignes de distribution en Suisse, MIGROS et COOP, permettent de comprendre la façon dont ces distributeurs perçoivent leur responsabilité. L’analyse de données textuelles (ADT), courant qui s’est développé grâce aux techniques de la linguistique informatique, a évolué de l’analyse lexicale à l’analyse sémantique. Cette approche particulière est l’occasion d’une expérience amplifiée par les possibilités graphiques d’interaction et de partage du web. En mobilisant cette approche pour l’analyse d’un corpus de près de 200 documents sur les réseaux de chaleur en France, les auteurs montrent ainsi l’utilité de l’ADT assistée par ordinateur pour les chercheurs, les praticiens et tous les acteurs qui se trouvent face au défi de devoir traiter des données massives.
