The article is devoted to the issues of assessing the level of digital transformation of fields of activity and industries. The paper analyzed the trends of digital transformation and the direction of this transformation. The studied indicators indicate that the regions of the country plan to develop digital, information, communication and innovative technologies in all fields of activity and industries. It was revealed that in the regions mainly different programs for innovative and digital development are being implemented; however, they have a single state trajectory. The study proposed a model of digital transformation of fields of activity and industries, the implementation of which should be carried out according to common requirements, and among the stages were highlighted the assessment of digital development, development of digitalization plans and assessment of the effects of digitalization. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn from the results of the work.
