This study aims to see differences in volunteer prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types in the heavenly blessing organization. Field. The sample in this study were 65 volunteers, so the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there are differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types, assuming extrovert personality types are more prosocial than introverted personality types. This research uses a scale of prosocial behavior which consists of 6 aspects, namely, sharing, cooperation (cooperating), helping, acting honestly (honesty), giving (donating), and paying attention to the welfare of others), and personality type scale. using screening to see personality types in organizational volunteers. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale. Testing the proposed hypothesis is done using the technical analysis T-Test. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it was found that there were differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types. This result is known by looking at the value of the difference in the T-Test = 6.236 with P = 0.000 <0.05. This means that the hypothesis proposed is accepted with the result that there are differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara keterbukaan diri (self-disclosure) dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada istri di Kelurahan Mangga, Medan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik insidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala keterbukaan diri dan skala kepuasan pernikahan dengan melibatkan 70 wanita yang sudah menikah di Kelurahan Mangga, Medan. Keterbukaan diri diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek keterbukaan diri menurut Magno, Cuason & Figueroa (2008) yaitu: keadaan emosional, hubungan interpersonal, seks, masalah pribadi tentang diri, rasa/selera, pikiran, agama, masalah umum, pekerjaan/pendidikan. Sedangkan kepuasan pernikahan diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek kepuasan pernikahan menurut Olson & Olson (dalam Lestari, 2012) yaitu: komunikasi, fleksibilitas, kedekatan, kecocokan kepribadian, resolusi konflik, relasi seksual, kegiatan di waktu luang, keluarga dan teman, pengelolaan keuangan, dan keyakinan spiritual. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara keterbukaan diri dengan kepuasan pernikahan dengan kolerasi rxy = 0,543 p = 0,000 < 0,050. Keterbukaan diri memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29.5 % terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada istri di Kelurahan Mangga, Medan dan sebesar 70,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

When a person experiences stress, it is influenced by several factors, one of which is the stress that arises from the social environment in interpersonal relationships (interpersonal mismatch, personal freedom, isolation), so this study aims to see the relationship between perceptions of interpersonal communication and work stress on PT employees. . wesen jayatama Medan branch. The sample in this study was 75 employees, so the hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a relationship between perceptions of interpersonal communication with work stress, assuming an increase in interpersonal communication with their leaders, the work stress will be lower and if the perception of interpersonal communication is not good then the stress will help employees will be even higher. The data were collected using a Likert scale and purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done using product analysis techniques from Karl's side. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it is found that there is a relationship between perceptions of interpersonal communication with work stress on employees.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dengan kebahagiaan pada remaja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Pembangun Didikan Islam dengan populasi 60 orang dan sample yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dimana penelitian kuantitatif korelasional adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode statistic yang mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi-Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien (rxy ) = 0,906 dan koefisien (r2.) = 0,820 dengan p = 0,000 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara Penyesuaian Diri dengan Kebahagiaan. penyesuaian diri berkontribusi terhadap kebahagiaan sebesar 82%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 16% dari faktor lain dari kebahagiaan yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian dan tidak terlihat dalam penelitian ini. Bahwa remaja memiliki Penyesuaian Diri yang tergolong tinggi dengan mean empiric = 102,05 mean hipotetik = 77,5 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 8,500 dan Kebahagiaan remaja tergolong tinggi dengan mean empiric 119,78 mean hipotetik = 92 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 9,316
