Wine tourism is an economically promising type of sustainable tourism for the region. Currently, the state has created favourable conditions for the wine-growing regions of the Russian Federation (one of them is the Rostov region) including financial support for the development of viticulture and winemaking. The article describes the forms of state support, explicates the status of the Rostov region among other wine territories since the latter, due to its natural and climatic features, has prospects for creating unique varieties of wine products with access to the level of world recognition. People’s awareness about wine tourism in the region and their intentions of future participation in visiting the Don vineyards and wineries was studied. Methods of content analysis, expert interviews with managers of wineries, and a mass survey of the population in this region, including more than 400 questionnaires were used in the study. The results show that there are three main factors for the successful development of wine tourism in the Rostov region: 1) a unique product of wine tourism in its taste; 2) the organization of wine production in the relationship between government and business, which opens up prospects for creating the necessary infrastructure for the development of enotourism; 3) potential wine tourists. Despite the low awareness of the surveyed residents of the region about the peculiarities of Don wines and wine tourism programs, 62% of respondents showed interest in participating in the tours. Some recommendations are given for organizing tourist routes that include an introduction to the cultural identity of the Don region in their program.

The article deals with the features of using information technologies in teaching modern foreign literature to students of various training areas and specialties including future personnel of the agro-industrial complex. The timeliness of this strategy is due to the fact that in the twentieth century there was a general tendency of Western art to rethink traditional approaches and norms in creativity. Russian youth, brought up mostly on the traditions of critical realism in Russian literature, is not always ready for an adequate perception of the latest techniques of the author's mask, the grotesque principle of modeling artistic reality. It is also not ready for the grotesque principle of modeling artistic reality, and stage play in works, finally, the shock-grotesque fullness, in some cases leading to conflicts up to the confrontation of civilizations (the events surrounding the French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo ("Charlie's Weekly"). This problem is important today because it is aimed at eliminating this gap in education. The article presents personal experience of the authors in the priorities of the choice of teaching technologies in this discipline. The effectiveness of using social networks to discuss literary works is shown.
The article considers a variant of the business game as one of the effective ways of teaching students to prepare them for a real situation in the event of a labor conflict. Artificial imitation of the proposed model as the main semantic orientation involves the regulation of conflict through mediation. Based on the analysis of an array of domestic and foreign sources, the key points of the mediation approach for including them in the content of the game were identified, and it was also concluded that mediation is not properly widespread in Russia, which is confirmed by the results of a mass survey among domestic youth aged 22-30 years. The sample consisted of 497 respondents, of which 70% may find themselves in a conflict situation in their work at any time. The results of the survey confirmed the hypothesis of the respondents' ignorance of the mediation option of conflict regulation, which determines the relevance and timeliness of the introduction into the educational process of knowledge, skills and abilities on the use of mediation procedures in conflict regulation. It is concluded that the acquired abstract knowledge in the course of the business game tends to turn into real-applicable.
