The article examines the principles of functioning of the military justice bodies of foreign countries. The development of military justice in Ukraine through the creation of military police has been updated. The analysis of the military police's organizational structure of the countries belonging to the International Association of Gendarmeries and Police Forces with Military Status (FIEP) is carried out. The corresponding theoretical and legal basis for forming proposals for the development of military justice in Ukraine has been substantiated and consolidated.

process; 2) it is carried out by judges of economic courts holding administrative positions, as well as by other internal and external subjects concerning the judicial system; 3) it is always intended to create the proper organizational conditions for the administration of justice in commercial litigation; 4) the boundaries, mechanism and procedure of organizational support are defined in legislative acts; in addition, the issues of internal organization of the activity of commercial courts may be resolved by judicial self-government bodies; 5) its structure consists of various organizational actions, which form separate types of organizational support. The content of types of organizational support of activity of economic courts has been revealed. The factors that influence the efficiency of organizational support of the activity of commercial courts in Ukraine have been singled out. Considering the functional and organizational isolation of the system of economic courts the following features of organizational support of their activity have been distinguished: 1) before the entry into force of the new Law on Judiciary and Status of Judges, the system of economic courts was headed by the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, and after the entry into force of this Law, the Supreme Court within the system of courts of general jurisdiction becomes the sole supreme court within which the Court of Cassation operates; 2) the legislation of Ukraine puts forward special qualification requirements for the specialization of judges of economic courts; 3) the highest body of judicial self-government in the system of economic courts is the Board of judges of economic courts.
