This study aims to describe student achievement in linear regression material in terms of students' ability to think, organize, manage and face challenges or Adversity Quotient (AQ). The subjects in this study were a class of 21 students of the Animal Husbandry Agribusiness Study Program. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used in this study were a matter of description of the linear regression material and the Adversity Quotient questionnaire. The results showed that students were classified into 3 types of Adversity Quotient, namely climbers, campers, and quitters in the following learning outcomes: students who scored at intervals of 20-52 only had two categories of students, namely quitters and campers. While at the score interval of 53-68 there are also two categories of students, namely Climbers and Campers. The score interval 69-84 is an interval that has various types of AQ, there are categories of Campers, Climbers and Quitters students. Whereas for the score interval of 85-100 there are only Climbers students. Based on the acquisition of AQ scores obtained by students, it can be stated that the level of AQ owned by students is directly proportional to the learning outcomes obtained. So that in this study the Adversity Quotient has a positive impact on optimizing the achievement of learning outcomes.
Rainfall is a climatic factor that can affect human survival, especially in the agricultural sector. Lubuklinggau City is one of the agricultural areas in the province of South Sumatra. Information about rainfall is needed by farmers in Lubuklinggau City. In determining planting time, generally farmers in the city of Lubuklinggau are only based on observing conditions, without looking at information about climate or rainfall. This is caused by the lack of information about rainfall provided by the government. A prediction system is a system that can process or estimate systematically about something that is most likely to happen in the future based on past and present information that is owned, so that the error (the difference between something that happened and the estimated result) can be minimized. Generally in a prediction system there is a calculation method used. One method that is often used in prediction systems is multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to determine the direction and how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. From the research results, the test values obtained were MSE (Mean Squere Error) = 0.8206, RMSE (Root Mean Squere Error) = 0.9059 and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) = 39.886. Based on the calculation results mape value is equal to 39.886.
Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan selama ini telah dipertimbangkan sebagaisalah satu faktor penting untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan hasrat, jiwa danperilaku berwirausaha di kalangan generasi muda. Terkait dengan pengaruhpendidikan kewirausahaan tersebut, diperlukan adanya pemahaman tentangbagaimana mengembangkan dan mendorong lahirnya wirausaha – wirausaha mudayang potensial sementara mereka berada di bangku sekolah. Beberapa penelitiansebelumnya menyebutkan bahwa keinginan berwirausaha para mahasiswamerupakan sumber bagi lahirnya wirausaha – wirausaha masa depan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh motivasi dan mental berwirausaha terhadap jiwa berwirausaha pada mahasiswa STIE Canda Bhirawa Kediri. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dibutuhkan maka dilakukan sensus dengan cara wawancara langsung dengan mahasiswa. Setelah dilakukan sensus mahasiswa STIE Canda Bhirawa Kediri yang berwirausaha sejumlah 30 orang. Karena populasi < 100 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data primer berupa kuesioner. kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode penelitian kualitaitf dan diuji dengan uji z dan uji t.Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesesuaian model analisisregresi yang dihasilkan cocok untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan mental berwirausaha terhadap jiwa wirausaha mahasiswa STIE Canda Bhirawa. Untuk itu perlu motif dan mental dalam berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa ini harus dipelihara bahkan mungkin di elaborasi oleh pengelola (perguruan tinggi khususnya) ke dalam kurikulum dalam memberikan bekal kepada mahasiswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja setelah lulus. Kelemahan dari penelitian ini hanya pada sampel mahasiswa di satu perguruan tinggi. Disarankan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menggunakan sampel lebih besar dengan beberapa perguruan tinggi agar dapat membuat generalisir lebih bagus, selain itu dapat membuat pembedaan mengenai motivasi dan mental berwirausaha antara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi, dimana dalam penelitian ini ternyata 67% yang berwirausaha adalah mahasiswi.
