O presente trabalho apresenta a aplicaçã do controle preditivo baseado em modelo com conjunto de controle finito (FCS-MPC) a um conversor com filtro LCL conectado a rede. Este controle prevê o comportamento futuro das variáveis de controle e, com essa informação, escolhe o melhor estado de comutação do conversor de acordo com a minimização de uma função custo. No entanto, é necessário elaborar o modelo matemático do sistema, onde foi desenvolvido utilizando o método de espaço de estados e posteriormente discretizado. Para amortecer a ressonância intrínseca do filtro LCL, e detalhado o projeto de uma estratégia de amortecimento ativo baseada no resistor virtual (VR), bem como a inclusão dessa restrição na função custo. Resultados de simulação são utilizados para validar o método proposto e mostrar sua eficácia.
