Commercial feed produced by the factory has a guaranteed quality and quantity. However, the problem is the price of commercial feed produced by factories that are getting more and more expensive and troubling to fish breeders, thus making fish breeders have to look for other alternatives to reduce the cost of feed. Cultivation of maggots or larvae of black soldier fly flies (Hermetia illicens) the right solution to overcome the problem in lieu of high-protein fish feed. Maggot cultivation training activities as an alternative to fish feed are carried out in Carawali Village. The implementation method is done by means of lectures, discussions and practices. The result of this community service activity is the amount of enthusiasm of participants to the training activities by evidenced that the active participants follow the activity from start to finish. In addition, many participants are active in discussion and question and answer sessions. So it can be concluded that the maggot cultivation training in Carawali Village went successfully and smoothly. The continuation of this PKM activity is to train the understanding and attitude of the trainees on the importance of organic waste management for maggot cultivation as an alternative to fish feed.

Palopo City has coastal tourism potential that can be utilized. One of the coastal areas in Palopo City that has the potential to be a coastal tourist attraction is Songka Beach. But the problem in the Songka Beach Tourism Area is the lack of visitor interest on a typical day. This is due to the Songka Beach tourism area has not been developed optimally either by the community around the tourist attraction or the local government as well as the lack of tourism promotion. The facilities and infrastructure that can support the development of Songka Beach attractions are somewhat lacking. The purpose of this research is to design a strategy for developing Songka Beach tourism object so that it can benefit more optimally. The analysis used to determine the right strategy in developing Songka Beach is to use a process hierarchy analysis (AHP). Based on the results of research on ecological aspects which are the first priority in the development of Songka Beach tourism and strategies that are prioritized in the development of the Songka Beach Tourism Area are making the suitability map of Songka Beach tourism and calculating the carrying capacity of the tourist area with the aim that there are restrictions on the number of visitors who want to visit the area Songka Beach tourism so that the preservation of natural resources is maintained and not damaged.
Organic waste has always been the waste with the largest production in Indonesia. Therefore, technology is needed that is able to process organic waste and make it more useful. One of the efforts that is being implemented in Purwosari Village is to use Black soldier fly larva technology. Black soldier fly larvae have the ability to change organic waste so that it has use value. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) increasing the knowledge of the partner community regarding the use of the Black soldier fly fly, (2) providing knowledge to the partner community regarding the technology of processing household organic waste using Black soldier fly larvae, (3) increasing the knowledge and skills of the partner community about the use of Black soldier fly larvae as high protein fish feed, (4) increasing community knowledge in maintaining The black Warrior flies. The method used is the transfer of technology through lectures, training and mentoring. The result of this activity is that the partner community has learned the knowledge of processing household organic waste using Black soldier fly larvae. The skills of partner communities regarding the processing of household organic waste using Black soldier fly larvae are increasing and partner communities can provide alternative feed to their farmed fish. This activity has also attracted the interest of the community outside Purwosari Village, so that after the socialization session and discussion, many people came to the maggot cultivation site to learn firsthand how to get maggot seeds.
Public transportation in Sidenreng Rappang Regency becomes the immediate priority for policy dealing with public transportation passengers. The problem occurs as the lack of supervision, public transportation fares, route system settings, and hierarchy of transportation carrying passengers to the station. Therefore, there is a need for integrated management policies, strategic, and sustainable decision to support system in the form of governance design public transport passengers. This study aimed to formulate the strategies policies governance of public transportation in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data were collected through indepth interviews to stakeholders guided by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The result showed that in the governance of public transportation in Sidenreng Rappang Regency in terms of institutional criteria isfirst priority policy covering stakeholders, the second priority is followed by social criteria covering the effective route/route, the environmental criteria is the third priority that includes transportation environmentally friendly and final priority the economic criteria which includes efficiency fares and services. There are four priority strategy alternative in the governance of public transport in SidenrengRappang Regency. First priority is to cooperation between stakeholders, strategy of the second priority is to develop environmentally friendly public transportation, the third priority is to increase the improvement of infrastructure services and public transportation and the fourth priority to supervisefares public transportation system and develop a route or routes.
