Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan peranan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan informan 6 orang. Teknis analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai cukup berkembang, karena dari sisi kualitas para pelaku UMKM pada umumnya masih mampu bertahan dan menjalankan usaha produksi dan dagangannya. Peran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, karena keberadaan UMKM mampu memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga, mampu mengurangi pengangguran dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang memproduksi berbagai jenis makanan untuk dijual di kios pelaku UMKM
This study aims to determine the development of exports and imports of North Sumatra Province through export and import value indicators, balance sheets and trade ratios. Data analysis techniques in research are qualitative descriptive data analysis. The data sources in this study are secondary data downloaded through www.bps.go.id, especially data on exports and imports and the trade balance of economic goods groups in North Sumatra Province. The results showed that there was an increase and improvement that could be seen from the increase in the volume and value of exports of economic goods groups, a decrease in the volume and value of imports of economic goods groups as well as an increase in foreign trade ratios and a trade balance that showed positive foreign economic goods group controlled by exports.
<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p> <em>The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of adversity quotient on Employee Pe-formance Through Job Motivation as an intervening variable in the conventional taxi driver in Medan. The data that has been collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire,</em> <em>then processed using Path analysis approach. <p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of adversity quotient (measured through control, origin, reach and endurance), and work stress (measured through roles in the organization, workload, career development, employee relations, and organizational climate), on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable of study in conventional taxi drivers in the city of Medan. The type of this research is associative research. The population in this study were 824 taxi drivers in Medan City. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling by convenience sampling method. The method of determining the number of samples is by looking at the Krecjie & Morgan Table ,and the number of samples is 265 people. Testing of the research data using path analysis. The results of the study show that adversity quotient and work stress have a significant effect on job motivation and employee performance. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, there is a positive and significant influence between adversity quotient and employee motivation and employee performance, besides that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, but has a negative and significant effect on performance. , it was found that adversity quotient and work stress had a direct influence on improving employee performance; In addition, the work motivation variable is not an intervening variable, because the adversity quotient and work stress variables can be directly related to the performance of conventional taxi drivers.</em></p>
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah employee engagement dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pemuda olahraga, kebudayaan, pariwisata Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey , adapun sifat dari penelitian ini adalah penjelasan dan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 70 orang pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan dinas pemuda olahraga, kebudayaan, pariwisata Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai . Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini dengan memberikan atau menyebar daftar pertanyaan kepada responden, dari hasil penelitian yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut, Y = 0,030 X1 +0.246 X2+ e. Hasil model regresi linier berganda mendapatkan bahwa kedua variabel yaitu employee engagement dan kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Budaya Pemuda dan Olahraga. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,631. Hal ini berarti 63,1% kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel employee engagement dan kepemimpinan. Dan Berdasarkan hasil uji secara parsial (Uji t) diperoleh bahwa variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah variabel kepemimpinan, dengan nilai t hitung 2,979 lebih besar dibanding nilai t hitung variabel employee engagement.
