Ruang operasi merupakan tempat yang memiliki peranan yang sangat krusial di Rumah Sakit dan harus dikelola sebaik-baiknya, karena kegiatan operasi membutuhkan biaya perawatan, biaya operasi, dan biaya sumber daya yang tinggi. Ruang operasi menghabiskan biaya 9% dari anggaran tahunan rumah sakit. Pengeluaran terbesar di rumah sakit adalah untuk aktifitas ruang operasi, yaitu sekitar 40% dari 70% pengeluaran rumah sakit. Besarnya biaya operasi terjadi akibat banyaknya sumber daya yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan operasi meliputi staf, peralatan, obat-obatan, dan fasilitas. Maka rumah sakit harus melakukan efisiensi biaya agar dapat melakukan perbaikan terus menerus untuk bertahan. Perencanaan dan pengadaan perbekalan farmasi di Instalasi Kamar Operasi RSI G untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional belum dilakukan secara terstruktur, sehingga stok obat masih terkadang kekurangan. Masalah lain yang muncul adalah tidak terlayaninya beberapa obat yang diminta ke Instalasi Farmasi. Hal tersebut mendorong penulis untuk melakukan studi kasus untuk menganalisa faktor penyebab dan alternatif solusi masalah tersebut.Prioritas akar masalah diitentukan menggunakan fishbone diagram dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion dengan instalasi terkait. Alternatif solusi dipilih berdasarkan hasil prioritas akar masalah dan penyusunan melalui studi literatur, data rumah sakit, serta diskusi dengan unit terkait. Prioritas akar masalah hasil analisa adalah belum adanya panduan perbekalan farmasi di Instansi Kamar Operasi (IKO). Alternatif solusinya adalah penyusunan panduan dan alur pelayanan.Maka butuh adanya sebuah Panduan Perbekalan Farmasi di Instalasi Kamar Operasi RSI G.
Nurse spirituality is the effort of nurses to find the highest meaning of work life in the hospital and communicate between individuals and coworkers. Nurse spirituality has three dimensions, namely inner life, meaningful work and belonging in the community. These three dimensions will facilitate the nurse to create a feeling of prosperity and fun while working. This will affect burn out syndrome and turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality on the syndrome of burn out and nurse turnover intention at the Islamic Hospital of Gondanglegi Malang.The method used is a quantitative with cross sectional design and Partial Least Square(PLS) approach. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at the Islamic Hospital of Gondanglegi Malang and we used total sampling to obtain the respondents. We collect data used questionnaire in 118 nurses on September 2018.The results showed that spirituality had a negative and significant effect on the occurrence of burn out with a path coefficient value of-0.448 and t-statistic of 8.674 (t-statistic > 1,96). There is a negative and significant influence of spirituality on turnover intention with a path coefficient value of-0.174 and t-statistic of 2.526. There is a positive and significant effect of burn out on turnover intention with a path coefficient value of 0.608 and t-statistic of 9.183. Inconclusions there were a significant effect of spirituality on burn out syndrome and nurse turnover intention at the Islamic Hospital of Gondanglegi Malang. This study illustrates that the higher the nurse's spirituality in the hospital will reduce the occurrence of burn out and turnover intention.
Background: Stunting is a condition of chronic nutritional deficiency which can negative short and long-term impacts on children. Malang Regency is one of the 100 priority districts for stunting intervention in Indonesia with 27.28% stunting prevalence. Puskesmas Wajak (Community Health Center) in Malang Regency has one national stunting locus and three district stunting loci. Based on this, it is necessary to describe the incidence of stunting in the Wajak Community Health Center Work Area based on the year 2020 as the latest data. Methods: A descriptive observational with a quantitative approach study was conducted in August-September 2021 with total sampling from secondary data of stunted children aged 0-59 months in “Weighing Month” of February 2020 was 510 children and in the “Weighing Month” of August 2020 was 327 children from thirteen villages in the Puskesmas Wajak. The data was then analyzed by univariate analysis which resulted in the distribution and percentage of the nominal variables and presented in the form of narratives, tables, and graphs. Results: Based on gender, most children have stunting than severe stunting, male: female, 89%:85.7% in February and 91.6%:95% in August. Based on age, the incidence of stunting mostly happened at the age of 24-59 months (59.4% and 63.3%). Conclusion: Stunting mostly happened in males than females and at the age of 24-59 months. Based on the distribution, the highest incidence of stunting was in Blayu and Sukoanyar villages.
Introduction: Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is a rare condition that is the most common cause of acute flaccid paralysis in children. It is an acquired syndrome characterized by gradual, symmetrical, proximal and distal tingling and weakening. The purpose of this case report is to report a case of GBS focused on rehabilitation management. Case: An eighth years old girl patient was referred to the emergency room complaining of weakness in both leg and arm. She was admitted to the intensive care unit and given intravenous immunoglobulin. After the condition was stable, the patient planned for exercise rehabilitation. Conclusion: Rehabilitation therapy is essential in children with GBS to improve patients' quality of life
