Tujuan dari kegiatan penyuluhan yang melibatkan masyarakat desa panincong yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang penyakit hipertensi dan penganggulangannya. Sedangkan target yang akan dicapai adalah Skrining tekanan darah dan aktivitas fisik pada lansia merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi terhadap masalah kesehatan yaitu hipertensi harus diarahkan pada lansia dengan harapan dapat mempraktekkannya untuk kesehatan diri sendiri. Meski sudah tua, mereka tetap kuat dan panjang umur karena mereka juga harapan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, penyuluhan, pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan senam anti hipertensi pada lansia sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lansia. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah melalui Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat merupakan solusi strategis bagi mitra dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang pola makan seimbang untuk mencegah hipertensi, faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap hipertensi pada lansia, gejala dan upaya penanggulangannya, memeriksakan tekanan darah, dan melakukan senam hipertensi. Rencana kegiatan yang akan diusulkan pada progran pengabdian masyarakat ini : 1) pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis pada lansia.2) pelatihan senam lansia bagi kader posyandu desa panincong.3) Menjadwalkan kegiatan pemeriksaan lansia pada posyandu.4) Evaluasi program pegabdian masyarakat
Background: Health services require health workers who are devoted to every field of health and have the knowledge and skills in the health sector to carry out health efforts. Health workers perform their obligations and duties must be based on licenses and rules that the hospital has determined. Purpose: Knowing the attitude and behavior of nurses towards preventing Nosocomial infections. Method: Descriptive research design using cross-sectional study design. There were 75 samples with a total sampling technique. Results: This showed that nurse attitudes for all nurses had a positive attitude of 75 respondents and negative behavior of 1 respondent. Conclusion: The whole nurse has a positive attitude towards preventing nosocomial infections. Factors associated with nosocomial infections are invasive tinting and infusion insertion, overcrowded room, misuse of antibiotics, improper sterilization procedures, and non-observance of infection control regulations by nurses
