RESUMOO dermatofibrossarcoma protuberans (DFSP) é um sarcoma de pele pouco frequente, indolente, que predomina em adultos jovens da raça negra. Para seu diagnóstico é necessário, além da análise histológica, complementação imuno-histoquímica da lesão. Localiza-se especialmente no tronco, com menos de 1% dos tumores em região inguinal. Apresenta baixa incidência de metástases, mas alto índice de recidiva local devido a sua característica infiltrativa. O tratamento mais indicado é a excisão cirúrgica da neoplasia. Relatamos abaixo um caso de DFSP em bolsa testicular, tratado com excisão local.
