INTRODUÇÃO: As Doenças Cardiovasculares (DCV) referem-se a um conjunto de doenças que afetam o sistema cardiovascular, sendo as principais responsáveis pelos índices de morbi-mortalidade em países em desenvolvimento. OBJETIVO: avaliar a associação entre os fatores de riscos para doenças cardiovasculares (DCV’s) e qualidade do sono em universitários. MATERIAL E MÉTODO: Pesquisa do tipo transversal com abordagem quantitativa. A amostra foi composta por universitários dos cursos da saúde totalizando 112 participantes. Foram realizadas medidas antropométricas e cardíacas; seguido do Questionário Internacional de Atividade Física e a Escala de Pittsburgh. RESULTADOS: Houve correlação de peso, pressão arterial sistólica (PAS) com a qualidade do sono nas mulheres e correlação significativa e negativa para os homens entre PAS e qualidade do sono. CONCLUSÃO: os universitários apresentam uma associação entre má qualidade do sono e presença de fatores de riscos para DCV’s nos ítens peso e PAS.
Introduction: Reception with Risk Rating consists of strategies that ensure the inclusion of Humanization in health and reduces negative health indicators. Objective: to analyze the composition of the reception sheet of a hospital located in south-central Ceará. Method: this is a documental research, exploratory and descriptive with a qualitative approach. Results: After documentary analysis of the report is concluded that the composition of this meets the needs of the initial evaluation of the patient. Conclusion: It becomes necessary to its reformulation of the reception sheet, as there is a shortage of some items, such as vital signs. the changes suggested optimize the quality of assistance in the reception.
Introduction: The emergence of failures in transport organization is related to the lack of planning by the managers responsible for the distribution of financial resources, which causes numerous losses to patients and health professionals, particularly in the context of primary care.Objective: Identifying the availability of transport for users in cases of urgency in Basic Units according to the reported by nurses.Method: This is a study of a qualitative approach, performed with 08 nurses of the Family Health Strategy. Data were collected through interviews with structured questionnaire and analyzed according to Thematic Content Analysis. Results:The data emerged from the interviews state that there is the provision of transport; however, these are inappropriate, because the type and the waiting time, particularly for the units of the countryside. Conclusion:The lack of adequate transport takes to a deficit in user's healthcare, requiring a greater commitment of managers with planning and health management in their municipality.
