Objetivou-se identificar as consequências das restrições e medidas de segurança sobre a comunidade surda, bem como as limitações de comunicação e discutir os impactos psicológicos devido contexto pandêmico de COVID-19 nesta comunidade. O presente trabalho trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico com abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, do tipo revisão integrativa de literatura, realizada através de busca nas bases BVS e PUBMED, incluindo trabalhos publicados no período dos últimos 5 anos e que tivesse realização com a temática abordada, excluindo os estudos pagos, incompletos ou duplicados. O uso de máscara facial prejudicou a comunidade tanto na forma de comunicação quanto na incapacidade de leitura labial, e a acessibilidade a informação sobre os cuidados da pandemia se mostrou precária e inacessível, assim como a incipiência da produção científica sobre os aspectos psicológicos na comunidade surda foi identificada. As barreiras de comunicação e o isolamento social durante a pandemia se mostraram prejudiciais para os surdos, principalmente devido à necessidade do uso de máscara e ao desconhecimento da língua de sinais por parte dos profissionais atuantes na área da saúde. Portanto, salienta-se a necessidade da educação continuada voltada ao ensino de língua de sinais, aos profissionais de saúde e a população ouvinte, além da adaptação das plataformas de veiculação de notícias e comunicação que podem utilizar legendas e intérpretes.
Objetivo: Descrever os efeitos que contribuem para a aceleração do processo cicatricial da lesão por pressão por meio da Laserterapia de baixa intensidade e caracterizar as vantagens e desvantagens da laserterapia de baixa intensidade no tratamento. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória de caráter descritivo, que utiliza como técnica a Revisão Integrativa da Literatura (RIL). A busca foi realizada dentro das bases de dados dentro da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS): SCIELO, MEDLINE, BDENF e LILACS, por meio da junção de três DeCS, cruzados com operador booleano AND: “Laser, Ferida, Úcera. Resultados: Foram encontrados 416 artigos na totalidade nas bases de dados. Ao adicionar os critérios o número reduziu para 93. Após a análise das pesquisas, 16 publicações foram selecionadas. Discussão: É possível observar que diversos fatores contribuem para a ação eficaz da laserterapia de baixa intensidade na aceleração do processo cicatricial, com destaque profundidade e fatores nutricionais. Entretanto, essa terapia possui algumas pequenas desvantagens como a dependência do autocuidado do paciente durante o tratamento, corroborando para o aumento de sessões. Considerações finais: Diante disso, percebe-se que entre os estudos analisados não há um concesso quando a quantidade de sessões, potência do laser e quais os fatores que contribuem para a recuperação do paciente, tornando necessário estudos com a isenção a amostras maiores por meio de ensaios clínicos randomizados.
Objetivo: Discutir Sobre os desafios da prevenção da hiperplasia prostática benigna na atenção primária. Materiais e método: Trata-se de um estudo integrado de revisão de literatura. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizadas bibliotecas virtuais de pesquisa: biblioteca científica eletrônica online (SCIELO), Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), “National Library of Medicine” (PubMed). Resultado e discussão: Estudos que destacam as dificuldades e desafios que o enfermeiro enfrenta na prevenção de Hiperplasia Prostática Benigna na Atenção Primária em Saúde as dificuldades é a falta de recursos governamentais, financeiros e da gestão das unidades de saúde. Conclusão: É necessário que os profissionais de enfermagem atuem de forma ativa nas comunidades onde prestam assistência, para realização da consulta de enfermagem e ressaltar que a atenção primária em saúde tem como funções: a prevenção, promoção, detecção precoce e realização de cuidados paliativos aos pacientes que possuem diagnóstico de Hiperplasia Prostática Benigna. Além disso, é direito deste paciente receber um serviço de saúde pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
Objetivo: Realizar um levantamento com base na literatura para verificar as evidências disponíveis acerca dos cuidados para inserção e manutenção do Cateter de curta e longa permanência em pacientes dialíticos. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa tipo exploratória e descritiva, como revisão integrativa da literatura sobre o problema. A busca para a execução deste estudo foi por meio da SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PUBMED e BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde do Ministério da Saúde). Usaram-se os seguintes descritores: “Cateter”, “Cateter De Demora”, “Hemodiálise” e “Diállise”. Obteve- se 350 artigos e ao usar-se os critérios, o número foi reduzido para 70 artigos, após a análise 15 artigos foram selecionados para compor esta pesquisa. Resultado e Discussão: Para os pacientes dialíticos, o processo de tratamento tende a ser mais intenso e na maioria dos casos, atenção básica a saúde destes, dependem da atuação do profissional de enfermagem que necessita prestar assistência quanto aos cuidados na manipulação dos cateteres sendo estes, de longa ou curta permanência. Conclusão: Por meio do estudo, verificou-se a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na inserção, manutenção e remoção do cateter. Sem o profissional capacitado torna-se praticamente impossível os cuidados ideais com o cateter, pois o uso desse tipo de dispositivo requer conhecimento, destreza e habilidade para seu manuseio pelos profissionais da saúde.
