Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a development of the Ad-Hoc Network, where the nodes of this network have dynamic mobility. There are several types of routing protocols in MANET, one of which is AOMDV. Route discovery on the AOMDV routing protocol is done by calculating the distance based on the number of hops. If the number of hops increased, it may cause a considerable delay and a decrease in throughput. This study compares the performance of the AOMDV routing protocol with the Path Aware-AOMDV (PA-AOMDV) routing protocol. PA-AOMDV routing protocol is obtained through modifications to the performance of the AOMDV protocol with the Path Aware SHORT algorithm. The Path Aware SHORT algorithm is a method to reduce the number of hops. SHORT improves routing optimization by monitoring routes and optimizing these routes that have better paths. The performance of both protocols will be seen based on four parameters, namely throughput, average end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio, and routing overhead. Result shows that the throughput increased for 50 nodes is 61,84% and for 100 nodes is 45,2%, average end-to-end delay decreased for 50 nodes is 0,066% and for 100 nodes 0,12%, packet delivery ratio increased for 50 nodes is 60,87% and for 100 nodes 82,02%, and routing overhead decreased for 50 nodes is 67,07% and 100 nodes 45,36%.
Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector Protocol (DSDV) is a proactive protocols available in Ad-Hoc mobile network where this protocol is not suitable for use on networks with high mobility because DSDV needs to update routing tables regularly if there is a link between nodes that is disconnected because there are nodes that move out of the transmission signal range and the AODV protocol is a protocol that matches high mobility because it is reactive. So that in a stable route search can be done by selecting a route that has a small chance of being interrupted. LET algorithm is used in the DSDV protocol to find the most stable route by knowing the estimated time between two nodes to remain connected based on the position, speed and range of the transmission signal then compared with the AODV routing protocol based on parameters such as throughput, packet delivery ratio and delay. The results showed that the S-DSDV routing protocol has better performance than the standard DSDV routing protocol. Key words : DSDV, Link Expiration Time, AODV, MANET, Routing Protocol
Perkembangan terknologi komputer dan sistem informasi pada saat ini telah mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat, dimana hal ini sejalan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap informasi. Masyarakat saat ini cenderung cepat dalam mengikuti arus perkembangan teknologi, menuntut adanya ketersediaan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi (BPKAD) Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah suatu badan/institusi pemerintahan yang merupakan gabungan dari sub Bagian Perlengkapan pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan eks Biro Keuangan Setda Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pada penulisan ini akan membahas mengenai pengembangan sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip surat yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pegawai instansi dalam mengetahui data – data pada pengarsipan maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem yaitu “Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Arsip Surat di Kantor Pemerintahan BPKAD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Berbasis Web dengan PHP MySQL”. Berdasarkan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu kinerja para pegawai instansi, didapatkan hasil pengujian sistem pada responden yang merupakan pegawai BPKAD yaitu sebesar 92% responden setuju dengan sistem yang dibuat.
Abstract Now days the use of internet access is a priority for everyone. One of the internet media that is often used today is a hotspot network. Hotspot use at vocational high school (SMK) plus nurul Hakim using Indiehome wifi router. By default the hotspot security on this device uses a single password for all users connected to this hotspot network. This causes the security of the hotspot network is not safe, inefficient time and increases the workload of the Hotspot manager to change password at every change. Based on these problems, research is conducted that aims to create a web-based online hotspot registration system by using the PHP Programming Language, MikroTik PHP Class API, and MySQL Database. The results of this study are expected to be a solution to overcome the problem of hotspot service on vocational high school plus nurul Hakim kediri.
