The literature, especially in the areas of Administration, Psychology and Sociology, has paid attention to the values as guides of human and organizational behavior in private and public companies. This study has aimed to present how the organizational culture has been studied through a review of scientific journals that have published articles on the subject, comprising the years from 2008 to 2013 and making a comparison between the reality of Brazilian and international publications. Seeking to provide some perspective on the current scenario in the theme, this work is characterized as a bibliometric study. A research for some specific words was conducted. The Brazilian and international articles found were analyzed separately to keep the keywords as chosen by the authors, not losing anything for translations and also as a way to compare Brazilian publications with international ones. Some authors notice the need for studies comprising the understanding of how organizational culture is perceived by the literature and how are being held the studies in this area. Through some studies, it becomes apparent that there is still room to develop further research to understand the publications in the area of organizational culture. 522 articles were found in international databases and 31 in Brazilian journals that were in accordance with the limits of this research. The study shows some differences between Brazilian and international publishings and how there is still room for more studies linking organizational culture and other subjects in the field of Administration.
This study aims to explore papers and assess how they have been addressing TAN features to understand better and explore a structure for the effectiveness of transnational advocacy networks (TANs) for environmental sustainability. Based on data collected, papers on the thematic of transnational advocacy networks for the environment were selected and explored to understand better what features are shown and under what light. Transnational advocacy networks for environmental issues are common in the literature, as the topic draws the attention of nongovernmental organizations. Many of the papers explore at least one of three pillars among the results, and frequently more than one is brought up into theoretical and empirical discussion. These results highlight specific features among each of the characteristics, building a framework so that TANs may have a path to structure their activities to achieve their goals more effectively. Further studies may advance this knowledge in practice. This study seeks to contribute to the existing literature from a theoretical perspective, integrating and exploring the dimensions of transnational advocacy networks and considering a possible structure to improve their results.

Resumo: As redes interorganizacionais se constituem pela união de diversas organizações com objetivos em comum, com elementos como estrutura, cultura e valores organizacionais. Este trabalho busca compreender as mudanças culturais e organizacionais pelas quais passam as organizações por participarem em redes interorganizacionais. O estudo de trata de uma pesquisa qualitativa, no qual foram realizadas entrevistas com empresários pertencentes às redes interorganizacionais como forma de obtenção de dados para realização empírica do estudo. Como resultados da pesquisa, podem-se destacar adaptações realizadas pelas empresas (como na implementação de softwares de gestão), aprendizagem com rotinas práticas diárias e mudança no comportamento e crenças dos empresários. Ficou evidenciado também que as empresas associadas com mais tempo de envolvimento com a rede, principalmente na gestão, tinham mais facilidade de compreender a rede como uma extensão da organização, resultando em trocas culturais mais profundas.Palavras-chave: Redes Interorganizacionais. This research has aimed to understand the cultural and organizational changes through which the organizations go as they join an interorganizational network. This study is a qualitative research; interviews were performed with businesspeople, whose organizations are part of interorganizational networks, as a way to gather data for the empirical study. Some results were: the adaptations necessary for the companies (as management software implementation), daily routines and practices, constant learning and change in the behavior and beliefs of the company owners.
