Аннотация. В статье рассмотрена проблема формирования этнокультурной компетентности молодежи в условиях поликультурного общества. Основой исследования послужил психолого-социологический под-ход, основанный на сочетании методов психолого-педагогической диагностики и эмпирического социоло-гического исследования этнической толерантности образовательного пространства средних общеобразова-тельных школ и учреждений дополнительного образования г. Хабаровска. Summary.The article considers the problem of ethnocultural youth competence formation in the multicultural society. The authors apply psycho-sociological approach based on a combination of psychological and pedagogical diagnosis and empirical sociological study of ethnic tolerance analyzed in educational area secondary schools and institutions of further education in Khabarovsk.Ключевые слова: этнос, культура, компетентность, молодежь, возрастная психология, этническая социо-логия.
Аннотация: В статье представлен авторский подход к выявлению и интерпретации в проекции когнитивного и дискурс-анализа этнических стереотипов, во многом определяющих отношение к конкретным этносам и оказывающих заметное влияние на этническую стратификацию российского общества. Приведены результаты эмпирических исследований трех этнических групп Хабаровского края: русских, нерусских и коренных народов,-с использованием тестов парных сравнений и метафор. Выявлено противоречие между отношением к другим народам/ этносам, формируемым системой образования/ воспитания в России (тест парных сравнений), и часто не осознаваемой самими респондентами неприязнью в отношении других этносов, существующей на уровне архетипа (тест метафор). Сделан вывод о неоднозначности и противоречивости стереотипных представлений: более высокой оценки и самооценки представителей нерусских этносов, средней оценки и низкой самооценки коренных народов Хабаровского края, низкой оценки и самооценки русских.
