Púrpura de Henoch-Schönlein (PHS) é uma doença caracterizada pela inflamação sistêmica de vasos de pequeno calibre, mediada por IgA. A tétrade clássica é composta por púrpura palpável não trombocitopênita, artrite, dor abdominal e glomerulite com hematúria. A doença é desencadeada por inúmeras infecções virais e bacterianas e é, em geral, autolimitada. Porém, há casos em que a PHS acomete múltiplos órgãos e, através de fatores predisponentes, torna-se recorrente e grave. Portanto, o objetivo do estudo é analisar a incidência e fatores predisponentes para recorrência da Púrpura de Henoch-Schönlein em pacientes pediátricos. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática, que utilizou as plataformas PubMed (Medline), Scientific Eletronic Library On-line (SciELO) e Cochrane Library como bases de dados para a seleção dos artigos científicos, todos na língua inglesa, com recorte temporal de 2017 a 2022. De acordo com as literaturas analisadas, conclui-se que a incidência média anual da Púrpura de Henoch-Schönlein em pacientes pediátricos é de 9 por 100.000 habitantes, que varia de acordo com a localidade. Ademais, Os principais fatores de risco para a recorrência da patologia são as PHS com envolvimento renal, pacientes em corticoterapia, além das alergopatias, como rinite alérgica e dermatite atópica.
O crescente aumento do seu uso no começo do século XXI, os ansiolíticos vêm se tornando a “porta de fuga” para nova e também velha geração. Este trabalho, avalia o uso e possível dependência psicológica dos benzodiazepínicos, a partir de um levantamento bibliográfico de forma sistemática de pesquisas dentro da literatura científica acerca do assunto.
Os cigarros eletrônicos (CE), inseridos no mercado em 2004, surgiram como alternativa para substituição do tabagismo convencional. São dispositivos eletrônicos mantidos por bateria, com uma solução líquida aerossolizada que contêm produtos químicos, como nicotina, glicerol, propilenoglicol, agentes aromatizantes e corantes. Cigarros eletrônicos (CE) têm sido considerados por jovens e adultos, uma nova forma de lazer e ainda, uma alternativa para substituição dos cigarros convencionais e, por conta disso, têm chamado a atenção de diversas indústrias para sua fabricação. O uso crônico do cigarro está diretamente associado ao surgimento de diversas doenças pulmonares e cardiovasculares, além de representar um fator de risco para os cânceres de boca, esôfago, laringe e pâncreas. Devido aos seus efeitos deletérios à saúde, o tabagismo se tornou um grande problema de saúde pública, sendo responsável direta ou indiretamente por muitas mortes por ano. O objetivo desse estudo foi analisar a dependência química e os malefícios causados pelo uso de cigarros eletrônicos. Os resultados mostram que as condições fisiologias do indivíduo usuário de cigarro eletrônico podem ser prejudicadas. Observou-se que, embora haja um número bem significativo de estudos sobre essa relação, poucas análises clínicas foram realizadas.
