This document describes a set of customer feedback data concerning the Post Bank. We collected data from 16,659 feedback lines using the Beautiful Soup package from the authoritative site banki.ru is selected as the source of data for collection. The dataset is compiled to monitor the level of trust of bank customers in its banking service. The data presents text reviews for 2013 - 2019 and includes, with or without ratings. Scientists can predict feedback ratings with an empty value in the future. We added additional columns to the dataset with official comments of bank employees, as well as values for the fog-index by Gunning parameter, which is used for the readability of the text. The data can be useful for customer service managers to identify problems in customer service and solve these problems, to assess the dynamics of the appearance of positive and negative reviews of bank customers.

Currently, Russia faces an urgent need for accelerated development of agricultural branches and rural infrastructure. The solution of the tasks of agricultural management is one of the most urgent problems of determining the reserves of growth of agricultural production in each of the Russian regions. In this regard, the authors set a goal to develop and evaluate correlation models describing the dependence of the volume of production of agricultural branches in the regions of the Russian Federation on the number of investments and the commissioning of fixed assets. The authors justify the choice of independent factors. The study was based on the economic and mathematical modeling of empirical spatial data, calculated on the basis of official statistical information on the regions of the Russian Federation. The conducted research permitted to identify factors, which directly determined the volumes of production in agriculture, to propose the use of high-quality correlation models to describe this effect, to prove that the economies of the examined regions did not reach saturation with agricultural products and there were significant reserves for their further development. The developed correlation models are effective tools for analyzing the development of the industry, and can also be used as management tools that allow for the assessment of the effectiveness of the use of the made investments, as well as the commissioning of fixed assets in the agriculture of each of the examined regions. The results of the research are of scientific and practical importance. They can be used in research and monitoring of agricultural development in the regions, determining the resource requirements, which are necessary for the development of agricultural industries, as well as the development of sectoral and integrated projects and agricultural development programs.

Currently, renewable energy (RE) is one of the core issues brought up monthly on the global market. The created green energy policy and support of the most advanced countries are aimed at its development. State-of-the-art technology, necessary scope of knowledge, and optimal conditions for using renewable sources of energy altogether are the factors for focusing on the development of the industry. The core purpose of the research was to reveal facts of the current formation of the RE sector. As a result of the research, we found out that the RE sector is currently achieving its peak of popularity. The issue is of worldwide relevance, and the leading countries focus their efforts on supporting the industry, while municipalities extensively implement such facilities in large cities. RE resources are also used in such areas as the transportation, cooling, heating, and energy industry, and many others.

Self-employment in the Russian Federation is a special tax regime; tax on personal income is a simplified form of entrepreneurship. The self-employed are often associated with freelancers. The exponential growth of information increases uncertainty, and the development of digitalization levels out uncertainty. This work analyses the factors influencing the digitalization development of self-employment as an integral indicator that can affect the sustainability of self-employment. The main method used is a topological method based on the polymerase chain reaction method, as well as the model based on fuzzy sets theory – Mamdani fuzzy inference algorithms. The data for the study were collected through a survey posted on Google Forms. The respondents were experts in the self-employment sector. Eight people participated in the survey (4 – self-employed; 4 – university professors). The self-employed comprised the following areas: developer – 1; service worker – 1; online marketer – 1; musician, event host – 1. Further calculations were performed in Mathlab. According to the study results, the level of factors in the development of self-employed digitalization is 0.502, which corresponds to the third interval of the five-level classifier and has growth potential.

The paper provides a sentimental analysis of reviews of the Russian Agriculture Bank service. An analysis of the sentiment of a text is a class of methods for the content analysis of texts in computer linguistics for the automated detection of emotional assessment - sentiment. As methods, we use XGBoost, neural networks. In work, we determine the tone of reviews with a rating of three, since we can not always attribute reviews to good or bad; we also determine the sentiment of reviews without a score. As a result, it was determined that the main array of reviews about the bank’s service has a negative sentiment.
