ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 telah secara signifikan mempengaruhi bagaimana kita menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari kita. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak perubahan kesehatan mental kepada perubahan aktivitas dan perjalanan saat pandemi di Indonesia. Convenient sampling digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online pada masa pandemi dengan kuesioner. Adapun metode regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa telah terjadinya perubahan aktivitas dan perjalanan akibat dari pandemi COVID-19. Tipe kesehatan mental seperti depresi dan bosan sangat berkaitan dengan penurunan pola perjalanan, sedangkan kelelahan berkaitan dengan berkurangnya kegiatan berbasis online. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa masyarakat berpendapatan tinggi cenderung memiliki akses lebih baik terhadap platform online dan melakukan kegiatan online lebih banyak. Kelompok tersebut juga cenderung mengurangi perjalanan keluar tempat tinggal. Studi ini merekomendasikan pembenahan kualitas internet dan pembangunan fasilitas aktif (taman) dekat tempat tinggal untuk mengendalikan pandemi bersamaan dengan menjaga penurunan kesehatan mental.Kata kunci: COVID-19, Aktivitas, Perjalanan, Regresi linear berganda ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected how we do our daily lives. This study aims to investigate the effect of emotional well-being to the changes in activity and travel during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Convenient sampling is used for dermine sampling size and online data collection was carried out during a pandemic using a questionnaire. Moreover, the multiple linear regression model is used for data analysis. It is found that there has been a change in activity and travel as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the analysis show that several issues related to mental health, such as depression and boredom, are strongly associated with the decrease of out-of-home activities, while fatigue is associated with a lower ICT activities. This study also found that high-income people, which have higher accessibility to ICT, tend to do more online activities and also reduce their out-of-home activities during pandemic. This study proposeimproving the quality of the internet and building active facilities (parks) near residential location to manage the pandemic while maintaining a decline in mental health.Keywords: COVID-19, Activity, Travel, Multiple linear regression
merupakan salah satu persimpangan yang berada di tengah pusat Kota Bandung yang merupakan pertemuan jalan arteri utama. Persimpangan ini sering mengalami kemacetan lalu lintas, terutama saat jam sibuk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kinerja simpang bersinyal Cikapayang pada kondisi eksisting serta mengetahui alternatif pemecahan masalah yang tepat. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan simulasi mikroskopik, yang dapat digunakan pada kondisi jenuh. Hasil validasi dengan arus lalu lintas lapangan dinyatakan dengan nilai GEH < 5. Ini menunjukkan bahwa model sudah valid dan dapat digunakan untuk analisis selanjutnya. Analisis kinerja simpang dinilai berdasarkan Panjang antrian dan Tundaan simpang. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa persimpangan Cikapayang kurang layak, kondisi eksisting memiliki Panjang antrian dan tundaan rata-rata sebesar 121,97 meter dan 91,20 detik. Alternatif pemecahan masalah yang paling baik untuk simpang Cikapayang adalah dengan melakukan pelebaran dan memisahkan pergerakan lurus dan belok kanan pada arah barat-timur serta merubah waktu sinyal, dengan hasil masing-masing Panjang antrian dan Tundaan rata-rata simpang sebesar 24,24 meter dan 29,84 detik.
Introduction: This study aims to explore the attitudes towards riding safety, behavior regarding safety gear, documents, and vehicle and riding preparedness, and perceived road conditions among worker and student motorcyclists, and the influence of these on their violation behavior. Methods: To further explore the violation behavior, the effects of the infrastructure quality, personal and travel characteristics, and the experience of accidents were also included in the variables. This study collected data on motorcycle users’ behavior in Bandung City and used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results and Discussion: This research underlines that behavior regarding safety gear, documents, and vehicle and riding preparedness is an important factor that decreases the violation behavior. Interestingly, a positive attitude towards safe riding does not straightforwardly lead to better behavior in preparing the vehicle, safety gear, and documents. Conclusion: Good quality infrastructure also promotes a reduction of traffic violations. Improving road infrastructure safety and both promoting and monitoring users’ safe riding behavior are suggested to lower the number of traffic violations.
Abstract After more than 3 months of implementing mobility restrictions, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the Indonesian Government will ease these restrictions towards the New Normal period. With these changes, the question arises about how the activity-travel in the New Normal period will be. This study aims to understand the effect of changing experiences during a pandemic on individual intentions in changing travel patterns and online activities during the New Normal period. The results of distributing questionnaires, which were conducted online, were used to support the analysis carried out. This study shows that there is a reduction in the frequency of trips and activities during the pandemic and there is an intention to make adjustments to the number of travel and activities during the New Normal period. An increase in travel activity was found among young travelers and workers. The adaptation of electronic devices during the pandemic has a positive effect on the intention of online activities during the New Normal, so that it has the potential to increase online activities continuously after the New Normal period. Abstrak Setelah lebih dari 3 bulan penerapan pembatasan mobilitas, sebagai respon terhadap pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, Pemerintah Indonesia akan melakukan pelonggaran pembatasan tersebut menuju masa Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Dengan perubahan tersebut, muncul pertanyaan tentang bagaimana perjalanan-aktivitas pada periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh perubahan pengalaman selama pandemi terhadap niat individu dalam mengubah pola perjalanan dan aktivitas online selama periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner, yang dilakukan secara online, digunakan untuk mendukung analisis yang dilakukan. Studi ini menunjukkan adanya pengurangan frekuensi perjalanan dan aktivitas pada masa pandemi dan terdapat intensi untuk melakukan penyesuaian jumlah perjalanan dan aktivitas saat periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Peningkatan aktivitas perjalanan ditemukan pada pelaku perjalanan muda dan pekerja. Adaptasi perangkat elektronik pada saat pandemi berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi aktivitas online saat Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan aktivitas online secara menerus setelah periode Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru.
