La presente investigación busca realizar un análisis crítico de 13 piezas periodísticas publicadas en medios digitales (YouTube y Facebook), así como de los comentarios asociados a las publicaciones, con el fin de identificar los lugares, las prácticas sociales y los discursos desde donde se configuran las significaciones de las feminidades.
A la vez la investigación propone una serie de relaciones entre las categorías que componen la cartografía de discursos y prácticas desde donde se crean, aceptan, negocian, debaten y se rechazan las significaciones de feminidad, así como la relación de estas con prácticas políticas, culturales y comunicativas. El análisis se realiza bajo las teorías del posestructuralismo y de los feminismos de tercer mundo, pensando en el papel activo de la comunicación, como interacción social y agente constructor de mundo, para identificar los lugares desde donde se podría trabajar hacia significaciones que permitan una interpretación de mundo diferente y a favor de la equidad de género.
