Krisen stellen aufgrund der damit assoziierten existenziellen Bedrohung und der zunehmenden Überforderung des Coachee eine besondere Herausforderung f€ ur das Coaching dar. Das Coaching erzeugt im Klienten eine komplexe Stresssituation, die nach Kaluza (2015) Auswirkungen auf mehreren Ebenen hat. Auf der physiologischen Ebene sind Auswirkungen auf Stresshormone, Herzrate, Blutdruck und Schlafqualität beobachtbar, zudem zeigen sich beeinträchtigte kognitive Funktionen, wie Aufmerksamkeits-und Gedächtnisprobleme. Auf der mental-emotionalen Ebene sind insbesondere Gef€ uhle wie Angst, Hilflosigkeit, Schuld und Scham relevant. Auf der instrumentellen Ebene steht die Beeinträchtigung des lösungsorientierten Handelns, insbesondere der Selbstf€ uhrung, im Vordergrund. Coaching bei Krisen sollte diese Besonderheiten ber€ ucksichtigen, etwa durch eine Anpassung der Gesprächsf€ uhrung und einen vordergr€ undigen Fokus auf ein Defusing (Entschärfung), solange der Klient sich in einem sehr angespannten Zustand befindet. Daran können sich Interventionen anschließen, die auf alle drei Ebenen abzielen: die Förderung der Stressbewältigung, der
