Signs of language acquisition: the portuguese language written for deaf children Abstract: Languages demonstrates the specificity of human beings, because they show cultural values of an individual and consequently of their group. Individuals who are deaf make use of Brazilian Sign Language-Libras, as a way of communication through visual spatial expression. Despite being a different linguistic mode, it displays all the characteristics of human languages. Its use is mainly on opportunities where these people live in the same space. The school, for example, is one such environments in which it must rethink proposed for inclusion, particularly in the learning possibilities. This article deals with the acquisition of Portuguese and sign language for deaf students and their relationship in the school environment. The bilingualism of the deaf student-effective if the coexistence of Brazilian sign language and Portuguese. The school environment is not enough to find the insertion of a new language, Libras, but the understanding that this should now be understood in the curriculum and school program, aiming to meet the differences of language recognizing the fact. Also paying attention to the different roles that have the day-today deaf person who is forming. Regarding this, the Libras is established as first language of the deaf and the Portuguese language as a second language.
Palavras-Chaves: IS-95, simulação, CDMA, celular AbstractThis article describes the model and implementation of a transmitter simulator in the reverse traffic channel of CDMA system. All the steps of codification and modulation, as well as some results are shown.
