ABSTRAKDesa Alai Selatan, Kecamatan Lembak, Kabupaten Muara Enim adalah desa yang mayoritas penduduknya merupakan pelaku UMKM dan membuka usaha toko sembako. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pemilik usaha toko sembako di Desa Alai Selatan yaitu keterbatasan pengetahuan dan wawasan yang dimiliki dalam manajerial usaha terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan. Maka dari itu tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu meningkatkan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM untuk melakukan pembukuan yang sederhana dan mudah di mengerti. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat di Desa Alai Selatan ini yaitu metode pendekatan dengan melakukan sosialisasi cara membuat pembukuan laporan keuangan sederhana kepada toko sembako sekitar desa. Hasil dari kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelaku usaha menyatakan bahwa mengimplementasikan pembukuan pada usaha memberikan efek positif dan sangat penting untuk digunakan bagi usaha agar dapat mengetahui cara menghitung laba atau rugi usaha dan mengukur kemampuan bisnis usaha. The main problem faced by the owner of the basic food shop business in the village is related to the limited knowledge and insight possessed in business management related to the preparation of financial reports. therefore the purpose of this service is to help improve the ability of MSME actors to do simple and easy-to-understand bookkeeping. The method used in the implementation of community service in Alai Selatan Village is an approach method by conducting socialization on how to make simple financial statement bookkeeping to basic food shops around the village. The result of the activities carried out is that business actors state that implementing bookkeeping in businesses has a positive effect and is very important for businesses to use in order to know how to calculate business profits or losses and measure business business capabilities. This study aims to investigate the influence of the quality of human resources, government accounting system, and political process on the application of government accounting standards at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Sumatra. The population was all 152 employees at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Data were collected through questionnaires to 40 respondents and analysed using multiple linear regression on SPSS V25. The results prove that partially the quality of human resources and the government accounting system affects the application of government accounting standards. Conversely, the political process has no effect on the application of government accounting standards. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, government accounting systems, and political processes have an effect on the application of government accounting standards.
This study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting and environmental performance on company profitability (a survey of mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period). This is a quantitative research. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose 12 mining companies trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as the data source for this study. Secondary data sources used in this study include information from the annual reports of mining companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Descriptive statistics, tests for normality and multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation, as well as multiple linear regression analysis, followed by the F test, and t tests, were all utilized to analyze the data for this study. The study found that mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange benefited financially from Green Accounting and Environmental Performance between 2018 and 2021.
ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan bertujuan memberikan informasi perpajakan bagi UMKM agar dapat memanfaatkan program Insentif Pajak yang diberikan Pemerintah pada UMKM di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Pada tahun 2020, ada sekitar 280.000 wajib pajak UMKM yang memanfaatkan atau sekitar 65% dari target. Yang artinya hanya 65% UMKM yang memanfaatkan insentif pajak tersebut. Insentif pajak merupakan kebijakan perpajakan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada wajib pajak tertentu baik individu atau organisasi yang mendukung pemerintah, yang digunakan dalam memberikan dorongan dan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak agar tetap patuh dalam menjalankan kewajiban perpajakannya baik sekarang maupun di masa mendatang. Dimana Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak terhadap semua Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang menjadi penopang perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia, banyak usaha UMKM di Indonesia mengalami penurunan omzet penghasilan bahkan sampai menutup usahanya dikarenakan kebangkrutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan. Sosialisasi mengenai PMK Nomor 82/PMK.03/2021 yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan insentif pajak usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) atau PPh final DTP. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ditemukan bahwa pelaku UMKM banyak yang belum paham cara menghitung dan menyetor Pajak Penghasilan UMKM dikarenakan terbatasnya sumber daya yang dimiliki. Dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan tambahan informasi dan kemampuan peserta dalam menghitung dan menyetor Pajak Penghasilan UMKM serta memanfaatkan program insentif pajak UMKM di masa Pandemi COVID-19. ABSTRACTThis Community Service activity is carried out with the aim of providing tax information for MSMEs so that they can take advantage of the Tax Incentive program provided by the Government to MSMEs during the COVID-19 Pandemic. In 2020, there are around 280,000 MSME taxpayers who utilize or around 65% of the target. This means that only 65% of MSMEs take advantage of these tax incentives. Tax incentives are tax policies provided by the government to certain taxpayers, both individuals or organizations that support the government, which are used to provide encouragement and convenience for taxpayers to remain obedient in carrying out their tax obligations both now and in the future. Where the Covid-19 Pandemic has an impact on all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are the pillars of Indonesia's economic development, many MSME businesses in Indonesia have experienced a decline in income turnover and even closed their businesses due to bankruptcy. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by means of socialization and training. Socialization regarding PMK Number 82/PMK.03/2021 which was then followed by training on tax incentives for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) or final PPh DTP. The results of this activity found that many MSME actors did not understand how to calculate and deposit MSME Income Tax due to limited resources. And after participating in this activity, it is expected to be able to provide additional information and participants' abilities in calculating and depositing MSME Income Tax and taking advantage of the MSME tax incentive program during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Managing personal finances for some people is an activity that doesn't need to be studied anymore, because it is considered an activity that we do every day. However, we do not realize that there is still much we do not know to achieve proper financial management. In order to understand good financial management, sufficient knowledge of financial management is needed. Personal financial literacy is very important in supporting the realization of individual goals. By managing personal finances, each individual will know the goals to be achieved, and make optimal use of the management of financial resources to achieve these goals. This community service activities are carried out with the aim of enabling activity participants to manage their personal finances. Skills in managing personal finances are very important in everyday life to avoid financial difficulties. Especially during the current Covid-19 Pandemic, where many employees experienced a decline in income. Participants in this activity were MSME employees, namely 20 employees of the Panhead Café & Bar. The stages of this Community Service activity consist of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. After the training was carried out, the result was that as many as 65% of the total activity participants, namely 13 out of 20 participants, were able to implement their personal financial management according to their planned cost allocation which refers to three types of expenses, namely necessities (65%), wants ( desire) (5%), and saving (savings) (30%). As much as 20% of the total number of activity participants, namely 4 people, have saved but the percentage of saving is still below 30% of their total income. As much as 15% of the total activity participants, namely 3 people, do not save but buy goods that are consumptive in nature.
