Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh environmental knowledge, environmental attitude, terhadap pro-environmental purchasing behaviour pada konsumen GenZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier terhadap 301 responden yang masuk dalam kategori GenZ (generasi pasca milenial). Temuan penelitian ini yaitu pertama adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Environmental Knowledge (EK) terhadap Pro-environmental purchasing behaviour (PPB), kedua adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Environmental attitude (EA) terhadap Pro-environmental purchasing behaviour (PPB) dan yang ketiga adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara environmental knowledge (EK) terhadap environmental Attitude (EA). Temuan selanjutnya menunjukah bahwa media sosial seperti FB, IG, twitter, WA, dll memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap pemahaman, sikap dan perilaku remaja yang berdasarkan pada isu-isu lingkungan. Pengetahuan yang memadai tentang isu-isu lingkungan hidup akan membawa dampak positif terhadap kelestarian lingkungan dan keanekaragaman hayati. Penulis menemukan bahwa GenZ bersedia untuk mengkampanyekan program-program pro-lingkungan hidup.Kata Kunci: Konsumsi Berkelanjutan, GenZ, Perilaku Pembelian Pro-Lingkungan, Pengethauan Lingkungan, Sikap Lingkungan. Abstract This study aim to investigate and examine the effect of environmental knowledge and environmental attitudes toward pro-environment buying behavior. The method that used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method and linear regression analysis of 301 respondents who fall into the GenZ category. The findings of this study are first, there is a positive and significant influence between Environmental Knowledge (EK) on Environmental Purchasing Behavior (PPB), second there is a positive and significant influence between Environmental Attitudes (EA) on Environmental Purchasing Behavior (PPB) and third is the influence positive and significant relationship between environmental knowledge (EK) and Environmental Attitude (EA). Further findings show that social media such as FB, IG, twitter, WA, etc. have a great influence on the understanding, attitudes and behavior of young adults based on environmental issues. Sufficient knowledge about environmental issues will have a positive impact on environmental sustainability and biodiversity. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan diantaranya belum terbentuknya koperasi yang ada pada Yayasan Abul Yatama, kedua belum adanya pemahaman tentang aspek legal formal terkait pendirian koperasi Syariah, dan ketiga belum adanya pemahaman tentang tata kelola kelembagaan koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlokasi di Yayasan Abul Yatama Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bentuk kegiatan pendampingan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan pendampingan pendirian koperasi Syariah, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, dengan dihadiri oleh pengabdi dan pengurus Yayasan Abul Yatama Semarang. Adapun pendampingan Manajemen keuangan dan legalitas pendirian koperasi Syariah ini adalah: 1) Pendirian Koperasi Pengabdi Abul Yatama (KoPAY); 2)Pendampingan penyusunan struktur organisasi Koperasi Pengabdi Abul Yatama (KoPAY); 3)Pendampingan penyusunan AD/ART Koperasi Pengabdi Abul Yatama (KoPAY); 4)Pendampingan pengusulan legalitas Koperasi Pengabdi Abul Yatama (KoPAY); 5) Pelatihan manajemen koperasi Syariah pengurus Koperasi Pengabdi Abul Yatama (KoPAY); 6)Peningkatan kapabilitas SDM dalam pengoperasian software pembukuan keuangan koperasi secara digital pengurus Koperasi Pengabdi Abul Yatama (KoPAY). Saran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah perkuatan jaringan/ networking kemitraan, percepatan perkembangan koperasi, memberdayakan anggota dan masyarakat sekitar, pemberdayaan unit usaha sebagai laboratorium wirausaha.
<em>This study tries to analyze the implementation of laws and policies regarding the development of urban agglomerations, analyze agrarian law regulations in Indonesia addressing industrial estate issues, and analyze the leading sectors and economic potential of the city of Semarang. In this study, the authors use the Base Sector Analysis/LQ Analysis, Economic Sector Performance Analysis/Shift Share Analysis, Growth Ratio Model Analysis/GRM, Klassen Typology Analysis, Overlay Techniques, and SWOT Analysis to measure the competitive advantage of each element), and provide policy recommendations for the government as well as for industry players. The object of this research is spread over several industrial areas located in Semarang City including Wijaya Kusuma Industrial Area, Candi Industrial Area, BSB Industrial Park, and Terboyo Industrial Estate. The findings of this study are that it is known that leading sectors such as warehousing, financial services, transportation, retail, real estate, trade, and construction are economic bases that are growing rapidly and can support the development of urban agglomerations.</em>
