ABSTRAKPendapatan masyarakat pesisir yang tergolong masih sangat rendah merupakan fenomena yang masih dapat terlihat di Kabupaten Takalar dan Pangkep. Berdasarkan baseline survey ketahanan pangan yang dilakukan oleh Oxfam bekerjasama dengan Perkumpulan Katalis pada tahun 2015 di dua daerah tersebut menunjukan bahwa hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya produktivitas lahan pertanian dan rumput laut serta kurangnya modal usaha yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat local. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa desa harus mengambil peran yang besar secara makro ekonomi untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah di pedesaan yang memberikan implikasi secara mikro ekonomi. Dengan demikian, berbagai lembaga ekonomi pedesaan menjadi bagian penting sekaligus dalam rangka mendukung penguatan ekonomi perdesaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah bersifat kualitatif (deskriptif research) dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui teknik field work research dan library research dengan teknik proporsive and snowball sampling dari lembaga BUMDes yang ada di Kabupaten Bantaeng. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya; pertama, BUMDes yang dikembangkan di Kabupaten Banteng dapat mendorong dan mengembangkan potensi ekonomi desa; kedua, unit usaha yang dikembangkan melalui BUMDes seperti unit usaha simpan pinjam, perdagangan, dan agroindustri dianggap mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat pesisir Kabupaten Takalar dan Pangkep. Keterbatasan modal pada suatu wilayah menjadi kendala tersendiri dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah tidak terkecuali di Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan anggaran harus mengacu pada skala prioritas program pembangunaan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang analisis pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekspalantori dengan menggunakan data time-series yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dana alokasi umum dan alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Abstract-Economic growth of Makassar City which is above average of the national economic growth about 7-8 percent per year makes the city as one of the magnet not least for economic actors in the informal sector. The high velocity of money in public spaces does not want to be wasted by economic actors in this sector to profit by peddling their merchandise or services. Indeed, the amount of profit is available to be one of the attractiveness for urbanization in the city.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of village fund management in Bone District, South Sulawesi. Based on the research problems stated earlier, the basic methods used in this research are descriptive research. Regarding the descriptive method, it describes how the process of economic development planning in villages in Bone District, South Sulawesi. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained by direct observation at the research site and conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies, reports from related agencies and data from the village office or other sources. support this research. Interview technique was used to collect data from respondents by means of questions and answers that were carried out systematically and based on research objectives with tools in the form of questionnaires and interview guidelines (in-depth interviews). Then observation is in the form of data collection techniques where the researcher makes observations directly related to empirical data from research variables. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that the management of village funds in Bone Regency is categorized as effective.

The research method used is research in the form of descriptive quantitative using Smart PLS 4.0 data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that organizational culture has no significant effect on performance through work motivation, problems that occur in the company because employees still adhere to the old culture, namely that employees are still consistent with the old culture, namely result orientation or in terms of involving the work team in achieving output, in other words If you don't apply teamwork properly to every employee in the company, then superiors should direct more so that employees are consistent with the new culture that exists in the company or involve every employee in achieving output or making good teamwork.
