Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa terhadap Peningkatan Partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Bila Riase Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 tokoh masyarakat di Desa Bila Riase yang dimana pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan yaitu Probability Sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah Sampel 45 tokoh masyarakat , penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Deksriptif Kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui Observasi, Kuesioner(Angket), Wawancara,Studi Pustaka. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistik Deksriptif, uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0 dan Skala Likert. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh manajemen pengelolaan BUMDes dengan nilai 62,12 % dikategorikan “berpengaruh“. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen pengelolaan BUMDes yaitu Partisipasi ( 67 % )Sumber daya manusia ( 64 % ) dengan hasil akumulasi sebesar 65,5 % atau dikategorikan “berpengaruh“. Pengaruh Manajemen Pengelolan Badan Usaha Milik Desa terhadap Peningkatan Partisipasi Masyarakat di Desa Bila Riase Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan hasil 50,02% dikategorikan kurang berpengaruh.
This study aims to determine the participation of women in non-physical development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence women's participation in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang District.The population of this study was 411 women. A sample of 80 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Participation of Women in Kadidi Village with a percentage of 56.87% was in the unfavorable category. Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Urban Village with a percentage of 60% is in the unfavorable category. Based on the value of t arithmetic> t table or 6,415> 0,219 If the value of t arithmetic ≥ t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning Significant, If the value of t arithmetic ≤ t table, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that is not Significant, then Ha accepted and H0 is rejected, it means that the Participation Rate of Women has a significant effect on Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 54.5% being in the medium level or good kurag category. Factors Affecting Women's Participation: a. Internal Factors: 1) 59.2% participation, 2) Education 62.2%, 3) Income and income 64.6%. b. External Factors: 1) Leadership 65.2%, 2) Government Equipment / Facilities 60.6%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence women's participation in the Kadidi Village are in the good category 62.36%.
Improving the quality of education can be implemented in various ways. This study aims to analyze the triple helix approach in the management of School Operational Assistance funds which are decentralized to schools. Decentralized planning, organizing, directing and controlling the process as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia concerning Technical Guidelines for Regular School Operational Assistance. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 35 respondents, namely the principal, and the administrator of the secondary and vocational school committee in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Use the Nvivo-12 plus program assistance to process data from interviews, documents and explanations from the Minister of Education and Culture. The results showed that the authority and deconcentration and devaluation authority dominated the process of using school operational assistance funds. The main finding of this study is the importance of the triple helix approach of universities, industry, and local government in the area of decentralization of authority for channelling school operational assistance funds. This finding is supported by optimizing the involvement of the triple helix in school committee members. The implications of the triple helix approach will ensure accountability and transparency in the management of school operational assistance funds because they are stakeholders in the education sector, especially in secondary and vocational schools.

This study aims to determine the accountability of employee performance for the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 161 people whose land certificates were issued in the PTSL program with the sampling of this study using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 64 people based on incidental sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the accountability of employee performance in the PTSL program in Bulo Village, Sidrap Regency is in a good category with a result of 79.4%. The result of implementing the PTSL program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was 78.8%, which means that it is in the good category. Employee performance accountability "Influential / Significant" on the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with t count ≥ t table (10.594> 1.66940).
