Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan jasa tranportasi PT.Mayasari Bakti Rute (Cileungsi-Blok M Jaya) Tujuan dibangunnya Trayek Bus Mayasari Rute Cileungsi – Blok M Jaya adalah untuk memudahkan perjalanan pengguna jasa transportasi yang akan menuju BlokM Jakarta dengan satu kali perjalanan. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan busMayasari rute Cileungsi– BlokM untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan serta menentukan aspek-aspek apa saja yang harus diperbaiki serta ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SERVQUAL. SERVQUAL dirancang untuk mengukur kualitas jasa yang dirasakan oleh reponden melalu penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisoner dan melibatkan 90 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasilnya adalah nilai rata-rata persepsi penumpang sebesar2, 46 dan nilairata-rata ekspektasi penumpang sebesar 3,48. Hasil SERVQUAL Scorenya yaitu sebesar-1,01, Nilai ASCnya adalah 70,61% dan hasil prioritas perbaikan pada kuadran IPA adalah atribut ke-6, ke-14 dan ke-21.
Wooden pallet industry often experienced either shortage or exceed of raw materials which makes the industry suffer for a significant losses due to the company's inability to provide products to fulfill the demand. This deficiency is due to the fact that the company did not have a proper inventory planning of raw material required for the production, as a consequencethe company often has to buy the raw material at a higher price in anurgent condition. In order to make a cost efficiency, the activities of purchase and usage of this raw materials need to be planned at the best possible cost so that companies can avoid unnecessarywaste of operational costs. With the unpredicted of raw material resources used by the company and quantity of consumer demand, inventory policy planning is needed to determine the most economical quantity required and the time for the company to placethe order in these probabilistic conditions.
Customer vehicle is a type of vehicle used to transport goods for commercial purposes. In Indonesia commercial vehicle distributor is the center of sales distribution, thus the marketing and sales team must be able to offer their product according to each customer needs. In the common practice, the offering is only based on customer budget of the vehicle price (owning cost) for the required specifications, without providing an understanding of the total cost of ownership which includes operating costs. The team's lack of knowledge aboutvehicle specifications and operating costs is the main cause, for this reason it is necessary to analyze the calculation of owning & operating costs and determine the offer for the type of commercial vehicle. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of commercial vehicle that must be selected in order to earn more profit for the customer, as well as to provide an investment feasibility analysis of the type of commercial vehicle selected based on the calculation of the vehicle's owning & operating cost. Vehicle selection analysis is carriedout using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by comparing alternative vehicle options by considering the specification criteria, purchase price, and maintenance costs. In addition, an investment feasibility analysis is carried out using NPV and IRR analysis to find out whether the investment made is profitable or not.
UD. Sari Jaya is a home industry that produces cassava and other tubers into chips. Cassava chips are the main product because of their high level of consumer interest in the product compared to others. The Problems faced by UD. Sari Jaya is that they are unable to meet the market demand more effectively. In the process of providing the needs, UD. Sari Jaya often performs several deliveries to each Stall caused by the lack of product availability at Stall, causing demand to be unfulfilled. The number of Retailers to be served, the lack of information on needs is one of the obstacles in the process of inventory replenishment. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is one of the Collaboration Model in the supply chain between producers and retailers where collaboration is expected to make arrangements regarding the number of lot sizes order as well as the frequency of deliveries to each Stall with a minimum total cost, by thus UD. Sari Jaya can have good control in the process of fulfilling the needs of this Cassava Chips.
