One of the objectives of education is to provide diverse pupils with proper educational opportunities. It is anticipated that the night instructors will have this equipment. In this study, validity, and reliability evaluations of the scale to be used to identify digital competence in prospective instructors to support children with functional diversity were conducted. To conduct the research, education faculty students were selected as the target audience. The data gathered were subjected to exploratory factor analysis. A confirmatory factor analysis was used to validate the obtained results. According to the findings of the investigation, thirty components and five contributing variables were found. It has been proposed that future academics do studies on the validity and reliability of the instruments with a number of different populations.
The paper analyzes the key methods and technologies of extracurricular work currently used in higher education institutions. The authors present the major literature review on various aspects of the theory of education, as well as existing approaches in this field. Also, using general scientific and special methods of scientific research, the authors dissect various forms of extracurricular work, the use of which is accompanied by the selection of certain technologies. The paper also considers the experience of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The study shows the carry out extracurricular work out in numerous areas, such as support for talented youth; development of the creative potential of students, volunteering, self-governance; education of the basics of citizenship, patriotism, responsibility and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The assay of the methods available to the university shows the most effective one is to focus efforts on three key areas: the formation of students’ individual qualities for practical activities arranging, and a student’s stimulation (or punishment). According to the study results, the authors developed practical recommendations on the use of methods and technologies of extracurricular work, as well as they presented the organizational structure, general methods and special technologies of extracurricular activities for the formation of a personality with a conscious civic position.
The article analyzes the third generation universities and their main features according to the methodology developed by Johan Wissema. The world experience in building third generation universities can be based, according to the authors, on the three main models described in the present study, namely, the models used by Harvard, Cambridge, and the University of Ruse. The main purpose of the present study is to analyze the main advantages of third generation universities on the example of international and Russian practices. The universities, selected as research objects, not only show high results in international rankings and the scientific community but also have strategic importance for the development of their regions. However, the most important criterion remains the commercialization of know-how and the active involvement of the educational organization in the regional economy, which is demonstrated by all three universities selected for the analysis of global practices. Each of the presented models has its peculiar characteristics and can be adapted for forming the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Financial University) into a new third generation university that can be created taking into account the capabilities and available facilities and resources, as well as the scientific and educational-methodological base.
Our paper analyzes the intellectual heritage of three great figures of the Russian (Eastern) theological and philosophical thought, identifying, comparing, and critically appraising the selected traces of mysticism and philosophical personalism in their works. We begin by analyzing the concrete historical background relevant to the intellectual development of each of the three authors. Next, we identify both common and divergent themes and emphases in their works and attempt to understand them in the context of the then-existing discourses that had influenced their thinking. This includes the discourse on Sophiology as well as questions related to Mariological and Trinitarian doctrines debated in the Orthodox Church and beyond. Lossky’s intellectual/spiritual legacy is depicted as one with the highest holistic and integrative potential, which arises from his philosophical personalism that can legitimately be construed as “spiritual personalism.”
АННОТАЦИяВ статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с выстраиванием геополитического взаимодействия России со странами Закавказья на рубеже XX-XXI вв. Также исследуется специфика взаимоотношений между странами, входящими в данный регион (Армения, Азербайджан, Грузия). Проводится анализ круга геополитических интересов, которые преследуют крупные государства в регионе Закавказья. В частности, рассматривается столкновение интересов России и Турции, а также стран Запада на Южном Кавказе. Данный регион обладает высоким уровнем конфликтности ввиду территориального спора между Арменией и Азербайджаном по поводу принадлежности территорий, на данный момент входящих в Нагорно-Карабахскую Республику. Вместе с тем дестабилизация в регионе не выгодна ни одной из сторон спора. Целью исследования является определение путей развития отношений России со странами Закавказья в условиях эскалации конфликта.
