Пошкодження кисті займає одне з перших місць серед травм опорно-рухового апарату і складає до 50% у пацієнтів різних вікових груп, в тому числі і у дітей. серед різноманітних пошкоджень кисті, пошкодження які супроводжуються пошкодженням сухожилків пальців кисті зустрічаються до 1,5-2% і складають до 21% в складі госпіталізованих з цією травмою. Більшість постраждалих чоловіки найбільш активного і працездатного віку 18 -45 років. для вибору оптимальної тактики лікування важливе значення має оцінка характеру рани та пошкодження сухожилку. головуючими інтраопераційними завданнями є забезпечення атравматичності та вибір сухожилкового шва, а в післяопераційному періоді -розробка та впровадження індивідуальної адекватної реабілітації. Мета дослідження: підвищити рівень знань студентів медичних внз, магістрів, лікарів-інтернів, клінічних ординаторів, аспірантів за спеціальністю «ортопедія та травматологія» при лікуванні пошкоджень сухожилків згиначів пальців кисті. Матеріал та методи дослідження. Проведено аналіз літературних джерел використовуючи бази даних Pubmed, Up-to-date, Cochrane library, Science direct, Scopus за пошуком: пошкодження кисті, сухожилки згиначів пальців кисті, сухожилкові шви. результати дослідження та їх обговорення. Прийняття рішення про терміни відновлення сухожилків згиначів базується не тільки на наявності його пошкодження, але і на оцінці перебігу раньового процесу і його характеристиках. важливою складовою для забезпечення позитивного кінцевого результату під час оперативного втручання є оцінка стану пошкодженого сухожилку та вибір шва, що впливає на вибір та об'єм реабілітаційної програми у конкретного пацієнта. аналізуючи сучасні дискусії стосовно сухожилкового шва, можна зробити висно-Buryanov alexander anatoliiovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the O.O.
