In recent years, due to significant changes in the labor market, companies have become more likely to face various problems when searching and selecting candidates. The main reason for these problems is that the existing Internet resources for finding candidates do not allow you to find a specialist with the required set of competencies and fully evaluate his experience, skills, achievements and personal characteristics. As a result, it becomes necessary to create a service for finding exclusive specialists. Most of these specialists do not have a resume in the public domain, are not looking for a job, but are ready to consider interesting offers. As a result, this work is devoted to the study of the possibility of finding specialists with unique competencies on the Internet based on the analysis of their digital footprint. The hypothesis is that it is possible to get a complete profile of a unique specialist if you collect, combine and analyze data from various sources. In the course of this work, the possibilities provided by open data sources on the Internet were analyzed, as well as the scientometric indicators of a specialist and the parameters of his reliability were determined. An algorithm for searching for the required specialists based on these data has been compiled, an automated system implementing this search has been designed, developed and tested.
Every day people face uncertainty, which is already an integral part of their lives. Uncertainty creates risks for various kinds of companies, in particular, the financial sector may incur losses due to various kinds of human errors. People turn to the opinion of experts who have special knowledge to eliminate this uncertainty. It is established that the expert shows insolvency if he uses incongruent manipulation techniques. In this article we propose a method that allows solving the problem of congruence estimation. The hypothesis that a person with a prepared speech and a person with a spontaneous speech will have a different level of congruence is also put forward and tested in this work. The similarity of emotional states of verbal and nonverbal channels is evaluated in our solution for determining congruence. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) were used to assess a person’s emotional state from video and audio, speeth-to-text to extract the text of the speaker’s speech, and a pre-trained BERT model for subsequent analysis of emotional color. Tests have shown that with the help of this development it is possible not only to distinguish the incongruence of a person, but also to point out the unnatural nature of his origin (to distinguish a simply incongruent person from a deepfake).
The analysis of scientific papers revealed that the majority of studies in the field of lighting control systems are devoted to energy conservation, and single-user interaction with lighting. At the same time, the issue related to the impact of lighting on human stress levels in an educational environment is covered only by a number of studies that have investigated lighting parameters for different types of human activities. While there are known dependencies of the positive influence of lighting on reducing conflict behavior and stress levels in multi-user spaces, there is no mechanism for adapting appropriate lighting systems to the psycho-emotional state of users of such spaces. The paper presents the analysis of scientific publications and patents on non-visual effects of lighting on human body. The effects of lighting on conflict behavior and stressful state of a person were studied when using adaptive lighting systems. The methods and approaches of the developed adaptive lighting systems and the constraints associated with these methods were analyzed. The results of theoretical and experimental studies are given. A set of methods and tools to create an intelligent multi-user adaptive lighting system is proposed.
This paper is devoted to the study of generative modeling in design used: this is an iterative process that generates several output data with consideration to certain restrictions of the input parameters. Generative design can offer advantages to traditional design as specifically defined criteria are taken into account early as the conceptual design stage. The purpose of the work was to study the existing methods and algorithms of generative design in urban planning, taking into account changes in environmental characteristics. The first step was to determine the input data for the design of the urban structure. The second stage was the analysis of existing solutions. In conclusion, it was The conclusion was made about the various constraints faced by developers, namely: the requirement to make changes in the user mode imposes restrictions on the use of such systems. It is also established that at the moment there is no clear logic by which generative systems can identify contradictions in a set of multimodal data and make a decision on the correspondence of the obtained result to dynamically changing parameters.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
