Background/Purpose: The electric vehicle (EV) has gained a lot of attention from researchers in the twenty-first century as a green travel tool, leading to a series of in-depth studies. With the advancement of high-capacity batteries and electric vehicles, the value of electric vehicles will skyrocket, posing new problems to the power grid's safe and stable operation. This article briefly discusses a certain area of electric vehicles, such as government legislation, employability options, market trends, problems, and solutions to connected issues. Objective: The growth of the vehicle industry and its progress toward the government of India's "Make in India" mission for electric vehicles, as part of the National Electric Mobility Mission Plan to set up dominance in the automobile industry. Design/Methodology/Approach: Presentation of information collected from various scholarly articles, web articles, and analysis using the SWOC framework. Findings/Results: Based on the analysis of facts and figures and also by looking at the various scenarios of expansion of the electric vehicle industry in India, it is seen that this industry has seen considerable growth and progress in various avenues such as creating employment opportunities and country's economy. Few recommendations are also suggested to take the concept further. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to the electric vehicle industry, though a total of 25 Industry sectors have been identified under ‘Make in India’. Originality/Value: This paper focuses on the growth of the electric vehicle industry and the factors that helped towards making ‘Make in India’ a reality. It also talks about the support given by Government to achieve the same. Background/Purpose: Yakshagana is a theatre style that combines varieties of make-up styles and dressing styles depending on the type of character or role that is to be played on the stage. This article briefly discusses certain areas of Yakshagana where technology can be used for object detection and make-up recognition to classify and identify the characters. Objective: The main objective of this literature survey is to summarize the techniques used to identify different objects in a Yakahagana image & to identify the different makeup styles to recognize the type of characters. This paper also recommends the technical methods that can be used to promote Yakshagana. Methodology: Information is collected from various scholarly articles, books, and web pages. Findings/Results: Based on the analysis of the papers reviewed, it is observed that, no much work is carried out in the field of object detection & make-up detection in Yakshagana. This survey paper recommends techniques and the methodology that can be applied to the Yakshanaga field to identify and classify the objects and detect the patterns in makeup in Yakshagana roles. Limitations: The study is limited to crown & jewelry detection and pattern recognition in facial makeup in Yakshagana Originality: This paper focuses on the summary of techniques used to identify the objects, facial recognition, and pattern in make-up detection. Paper Type: A Literature survey paper on techniques and methods used to meet the required objectives.
Background/Purpose: Capgemini, a pioneer in the IT business, has more than 45 years of worldwide experience collaborating with driving collisions and now takes its Guiding, Development, and Re-appropriating ability to India. This achievement can be explained by several aspects that are worth considering. Objective: To observe the growth of Capgemini and review the contributing factors that helped this growth. Design/Methodology/Approach: Analysis and presentation of information collected from various scholarly articles, web articles, and also using SWOT framework. Findings/Result: Based on the study through various resources and also by analyzing the facts and figures, it is observed that sustaining in the IT field is a difficult job that requires many strategies and procedures to be followed. Creativity, Innovation, Sustainability, Motivation are some of the proven solutions for the same. Research limitations/implications: The analysis and solutions mentioned in this paper are limited to companies whose business and annual turnover and experience are as close to Capgemini. Originality/Value: This paper focuses on various factors and scenarios that have made the growth of Capgemini possible and taken it to the level of success. The article focuses mainly on the role of state a~ a regulator in <;Zn open and competitive environment. The authors analyse the factors that lie behind Dhabol Power Project experience. They emphasise that while planning and formulating projects, one should not lose sight of techno-economical aspects, social commitments and other fundamentals. IPPs and newer sources of power have been suggested as alternatives for local and domestic power requirements.
