De acordo com os parâmetros de ensino, pressupostos para a educação básica, o presente artigo propõe apresentar os resultados obtidos em um estudo quali-quantitativo experimental realizado em duas turmas de 1° ano do Ensino Médio, do Instituto Federal do Piauí-Campus Teresina Central (IFPI/CATEC), através do método de pesquisa pré-teste e pós-teste mediante o uso do recurso online "Formulários Google". Na ocasião, objetivou-se configurar em análise e avaliação, o avanço do aprendizado dos alunos, para que fosse possível demonstrar a importância do uso de ferramentas lúdicas, ligadas à tríade aplicada: aula teórica, Jogo Didático e Mostra de Ciências aliadas ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem, dentro da disciplina de Biologia, nos assuntos afins de Bioquímica, bem como destacar as metodologias que foram possíveis aplicar, e as formas que as mesmas contribuíram também na formação docente dos licenciandos em Ciências Biológicas, do IFPI/CATEC, participantes do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência-PIBID. Comprovando a literatura, foi possível perceber que os alunos envolvidos obtiveram um maior rendimento, além de se envolver mais com a disciplina em destaque, uma vez que, a inserção dessas atividades agregadas às aulas expositivas contribuiu de forma satisfatória a proporcionar a organização para se ter um melhor proveito em trabalhar em grupo, além de proporcionar um melhor desempenho no desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico relativo à importância de se saber em que consiste uma alimentação saudável, bem como promover as formas possíveis de se obter uma alimentação saudável dentro do ambiente escolar sendo estendido à família dos estudantes, e de que forma os entes que envolvem a Bioquímica estão dentro das ações no dia a dia, oferecendo assim um Ensino de Ciências mais efetivo.
