Descritores: Aleitamento Materno; Infecções por Coronavirus; Estratégias.REFLECTING ON THE CONTEXT OF BREASTFEEDING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMICObjective: To develop a reflection on the recommendations of the practice of breastfeeding in the pandemic scenario of COVID-19 based on scientific studies and current protocols. Method: This is a theoretical study of a reflective nature, resulting from the analysis of recommendation protocols on breastfeeding in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The reflection on the theme was structured in two axes, namely: recommendations on breastfeeding in the pandemic of COVID-19 and reflections on the practice of breastfeeding in the current scenario. Final considerations: Breastfeeding is essential and its practice must be encouraged, even in critical periods that generate uncertainties and fears. The health professional, especially the nurse who is the main link in encouraging breastfeeding, should base their assistance through protocols, rules and recommendations of recognized institutional bodies, thus promoting safe and qualified practice.
Objective: to identify and map health care aimed at onco-hematological patients in times of Coronavirus 2019. Methods: this is a scoping review, anchored in the Joanna Briggs Institute theoretical framework, registered in the Open Science Framework, with searches carried out in June 2021, through searches in the databases. Results: a final sample consisting of 20 articles was obtained, with emphasis on general care, treatment and stem cell donation. The most reported care was the use of telemedicine, screening for Coronavirus Disease 2019, compliance with prevention practices and, in case of infection, postponing procedures. Conclusions: the study gathered the main evidence on care aimed at treating these patients in times of a pandemic. Such measures help in the clinical management with the objective of proceeding with treatment amidst the injuries caused, thus minimizing possible complications.
Educational technologies used to teach self-management after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: a scoping review. Texto Contexto Enferm [Internet]. 2023 [cited YEAR MONTH DAY]; 32:e20220170.
Objective: to map the knowledge produced about the repercussions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic on Nursing training. Method: this is a Scoping Review, guided by the recommendations set forth in the Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewer’s Manual and carried out in 15 electronic databases and theses and dissertations repositories. The protocol was registered at the Open Science Framework. The data were analyzed and synthesized into two pre-established analysis categories: positive and negative repercussions; and descriptive statistics. Results: 33 publications identified, the most cited positive aspects were the development of new teaching strategies adapted to the virtual environment and the training of future professionals in clinical practice in the context of a health crisis. The negative repercussions are related to psychological issues such as increase in the cases of anxiety, stress and loneliness among the students. Conclusion: the diverse evidence suggests that remote teaching was a timely emergency way out for the continuity of academic training; however, this educational modality presented positive and negative aspects that need to be rethought for a better systematization of teaching-learning in other contexts that resemble the COVID-19 pandemic.
