Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, (2) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, (3) pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 responden diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner secara langsung. Hasil analisis data dengan signifikasi 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan (secara parsial) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan (secara simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan (secara simultan) terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa adalah sebesar 57,4%. Kontribusi ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan (secara simultan) terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiwa sebesar 32,9%.
The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) The influence of pedagogic competence on student achievement. (2) The influence of professional competence on student achievement. (3) The influence of personality competence on student achievement. (4) The influence of social competence on student's learning achievement and (5) The influence of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence together on student achievement at Accounting Department of Bali State Polytechnic. The sample of 100 respondents was taken by stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS 20 applications. Data collection is done by questionnaire directly. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 indicates that pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence (partially) have a positive and significant effect on student achievement at Accounting Department of Politeknik Negeri Bali. Pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on student achievement in Accounting Department of Politeknik Negeri Bali. The influence of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence (simultaneously) on student achievement is 95%. The contribution of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence (simultaneously) to student achievement is 90% and the rest is influenced by other factors.
The purposes of this research are to analyze the effect of economic growth on financial independence on regions in the Province of Bali, to analyze the effect of locally generated revenue toward financial independence on regions in the Province of Bali, to analyze the effect of economic growth and locally generated revenue on financial independence on regions in the Province of Bali, and to analyze each regions financial independence in the Province of Bali. Samples are collected using a purposive sampling method for the last 5 (five) years from each region. The results show that economic growth has positive significant effects on the financial independence of regions in the Province of Bali. The second result shows that locally generated revenue has a positive and significant effect on financial independence on regions in the Province of Bali. The third finding shows that economic growth and locally generated revenue simultaneously give a significant positive effect on financial independence on regions in the Province of Bali. In general, the financial independence of each region in the Province of Bali still depends on the central government. The study concludes from the low and very low ratio of districts/cities financial independence. Only region of Badung has high ratio on financial independence thus the region of Badung's locally generated revenue is able to fund its own expenditure in their duty to perform regional autonomy.

(2) To examine the influence of Balancing Funds on Infrastructure Development at Bali Province Government. (3) To examine the influence of Local Government Revenues (PAD) and Balancing Funds simultaneously on Infrastructure Development at Bali Province Government. The sample of research was taken by purposive sampling technique in accordance with the purpose of the researcher with some consideration. Data collection was done by documentation technique. Data analysis technique used was multiple regression technique. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 indicated that: Local Government Revenue (PAD) had a positive and significant influence to Infrastructure Development at Bali Province Government. Balancing Funds had a positive and significant influence on Infrastructure Development at Bali Province Government. Local Government Revenue (PAD) and Balancing Funds simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on Infrastructure Development at Bali Province Government. The correlation and contribution between Local Government Revenue (PAD) and Balancing Funds simultaneously to Infrastructure Development was 0.969 with contribution of 92.8%.
