Os souvenirs gastronômicos são produtos derivados de alimentos ou bebidas, adquiridos pelos turistas ao redor do mundo, levados para casa como uma lembrança, trazem a identidade do destino/local visitado e, estão diretamente relacionados à atividade turística, sendo que seu consumo é influenciado pela experiência vivida nos lugares de um destino turístico. Segundo Horodyski et al. (2014), com base em outros autores, o souvenir gastronômico deve considerar cinco elementos que compõe as suas características principais: Alimentos e Bebidas, Identificação, Embalagem, Transporte e Identidade. Neste estudo, busca-se analisar a produção científica atual sobre o tema souvenir gastronômico, tendo como recorte os artigos e publicações em eventos buscados nas bases de dados Scopus, Publicações em turismo, Spell, Science Direct, Portal Capes, Scielo e Google Acadêmico. A metodologia escolhida para o presente estudo foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e o Methodi Ordinatio, que busca uma forma organizada de revisão de literatura sobre um tema específico, neste método busca-se primeiramente os artigos e publicações em sites de base de dados e depois utiliza-se os programas Zotero e JabRef, gerenciador bibliográfico e de referências. Totalizaram-se cinco artigos científicos e quatro trabalhos publicados em eventos, como resultado, pode-se afirmar que há pouca produção científica sobre o tema e, que iniciou a partir desde 2014, sendo portanto publicações recentes. Tem como principais abordagens: o consumo/comportamento do turista em relação ao souvenir gastronômico; a oferta dos produtos souvenirs gastronômicos; a relação do produto como souvenir gastronômico; a relação entre economia criativa e souvenir gastronômico e os elementos da geodiversidade tornando-se souvenirs gastronômicos um diferencial aos Geoparks.

Souvenirs gastronômicos são produtos adquiridos ao redor do mundo e levados para casa como lembrança do destino visitado. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a oferta de souvenirs gastronômicos no litoral do Paraná, a partir do estudo de caso em Morretes/PR. O tema se justifica pelo alto potencial gastronômico no litoral do Estado, devido ao prato típico do Paraná, o barreado, e por possui uma ampla oferta de produtos alimentícios locais aos turistas. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa exploratória de abordagem qualitativa e de pesquisa de campo. As etapas da pesquisa iniciam-se com revisão de literatura dos principais temas e, passa-se, a um levantamento e mapeamento dos estabelecimentos comerciais que ofertam produtos alimentícios e identificando-os e, posteriormente, analisando quais produtos podem ser considerados souvenirs gastronômicos com base no emparelhamento teórico do trabalho. Os principais resultados apontam que podem ser considerados souvenirs gastronômicos em Morretes/PR a farinha de mandioca, cachaça, bala de banana, batata chips, batata de aipim, banana chips e palmito. Este estudo aprofundou o conceito de souvenir gastronômico em relação ao destino escolhido, devido a sua cultura vinculada com o litoral do Paraná e, vai contribuir para melhor compreensão do seu universo.
