El Sleeve Gástrico Endoscópico -EndoSleeve (método Apollo) es una técnica bariátrica, que simula una manga gástrica mediante 5-8 suturas de patrón triangular que se inician en la incisura angularis y terminan en el fundus. Estudio restrospectivo de 19 pacientes, en el cual el objetivo es reportar los resultados a 1 año EN cuanto a pérdida de peso, mejoría de comorbilidades metabólicas y complicaciones en pacientes sometidos al Sleeve Gástrico Endoscópico.4 casos perdidos durante seguimiento. El porcentaje de pérdida total del peso (%PTP) a los 3, 6 y 12 meses fue de 13.5%, 16.6% y 17.4% y el porcentaje de pérdida del exceso de peso (%PEP) fue de 38.9%, 46.7% y 49.4% respectivamente. Respecto las comorbilidades, se observó resolución de la esteatosis hepática confirmada por ecografía y del síndrome de apnea obstructiva del sueño (SAHOS), así como mejoría de la HbA1c. No se objetivó deterioro del control de la tensión arterial ni del perfil lipídico. En el post operatorio inmediato se presentó 1 caso de hemorragia digestiva alta, tratada con medidas conservadoras. No se objetivaron complicaciones tardías. En base a nuestros resultados el método Apollo se puede considerar un tratamiento endoscópico seguro y eficaz para la pérdida de peso.
