2020 to 4th May 2020 first and then from 2nd November to 1st December 2020. During this period, patients could not continue to come to hospital for their follow-up except for emergency situations. The Neuromuscular Reference Center of Liege (NMRC) takes care of adults and child patients suffering from neuromuscular disorders. The pluridisciplinary team ensures a follow-up of patients according to international standard of care. In order to continue the follow-up of our patients during this period, we arranged teleconsultation or consultation with all our patients. In a second step, patients were called individually to evaluate the impact of lockdown on their physical, psychological and social health. This retrospective study is validated by the Ethics committee of CHR Liège. No inclusion or exclusion criteria was adopted. 912 Patients have been contacted since 18th September for their follow-up at the NMRC. Patients who refused to answer were not included in this study. A standardised questionnaire includes evaluation of weight modification, care modification, current working status, physical activity modification, anxiety, mood and familial relations. The Activlim scale was also completed by all patients in order to compare with the scale filled the year before the first lockdown. Statistical analysis will be descriptive and parametric due to the number of subjects included in this study. Data before and after lockdown will be compared by Student t-test for paired samples. On March 15th, 733 patients have answered the questionnaire. We will present the results of the full population at the WMS.
Financiamento SUS. Saúde Pública.
