Tanto a traqueostomia quanto a gastrostomia são procedimentos cirúrgicos realizados em pacientes para que se obtenha acesso através de um dispositivo. A presença de dispositivos apesar de seus inúmeros benefícios, também promove alguns riscos para os pacientes, como de infecção, atraso na aquisição da fala e linguagem, dificuldade de socialização e o impacto da qualidade de vida da criança e do cuidador. objetiva-se relatar a experiência acerca do desenvolvimento e implantação do Ambulatório Pediátrico de Dispositivos Especiais (AMPEDE) no município de Marabá, Estado do Pará, mostrando de que forma tal espaço contribui para pais, cuidadores, familiares e profissionais da área da atenção básica da saúde referente a crianças com gastrostomia e traqueostomia, para que no futuro possa gerar uma assistência de saúde mais completa e humanizada a todos. O AMPEDE surge com a finalidade de garantir as ações de cuidado continuado e integrar a rede de atenção à saúde desta população. Através de seus serviços, busca fornecer educação em saúde, prestar cuidado direto, prevenir intercorrências, complicações e internações hospitalares, além de atenuar o estresse familiar e auxiliar no acesso aos recursos assistenciais disponíveis. Os primeiros atendimentos demonstraram que a faixa etária dos pacientes era de 11 meses à 12 anos e 6 meses. Em relação ao sexo identificou-se 6 meninos (50%) e 6 meninas (50%). Sobre o número total de atendimentos foram 27, enquanto que o total de dias para consultas foram 15 e as trocas realizadas foram 4. Além disso, observou-se que houveram 4 faltas registradas (P7:1, P6:2, P11:1) e 01 falecimentos (P6). Sendo assim, O processo de implantação do ambulatório frente ao atendimento de crianças que não tinham um ponto de referência para as complicações decorrentes desses dispositivos demonstrou ser de extrema importância, visto que é possível minimizar o fluxo dessas situações que antes eram atendidas em hospital de grande porte, mas que agora podem ser resolvidas na atenção básica.
A pandemia da COVID-19 impulsionou os debates sobre a necessidade de medidas para conter o seu avanço, como a vacinação. Entretanto, concomitantemente ao desenvolvimento de imunizantes surgiram questionamentos acerca da sua eficácia e segurança, o que expõe a necessidade da discussão relacionada aos fatores que motivam a recusa vacinal. Identificar os fatores associados à hesitação vacinal contra o vírus SARS-CoV-2 e correlacionar com o perfil socioeconômico de indivíduos entre 18 e 65 anos de idade no município de Marabá-PA. O presente estudo caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa de campo, quantitativa, de caráter analítico, exploratório e transversal, realizada na cidade de Marabá-PA, com o apoio de duas Unidades Básicas de Saúde. Após aprovação do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa, os pesquisadores realizaram uma abordagem pessoal com os participantes que responderam, anonimamente, os questionários semiestruturados com interrogações objetivas. Os dados foram tabulados e analisados com base nas estatísticas descritiva e analítica, com o auxílio dos softwares Microsoft Office Excel 2019 e BioEstat® 5.4. A pesquisa resultou em 169 participantes para compor o estudo. Esses resultados foram organizados em gráficos e tabelas a fim de facilitar a visualização e o entendimento. A análise dos dados permitiu inferir que a preocupação com os efeitos colaterais da vacina associado a fatores socioeconômicos contribui para a hesitação vacinal entre os moradores do interior do norte brasileiro.
