Introdução: A Doença de Parkinson (DP) caracteriza- se como uma doença neurodegenerativa, progressiva e multissitêmica causada pela morte dos neurônios dopaminérgicos da parte compacta da substância negra, que pode levar seus indivíduos a manifestar diversos sintomas motores durante a evolução da doença. Objetivo: Identificar, segundo a literatura, os comprometimentos motores da DP e associar com a evolução da doença. Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de uma Revisão Sistemática, realizada no período entre dezembro de 2020 e maio de 2021, nas bases de dados PubMed, ScieLo, PEDro e LILACs. Foram incluídos estudos do tipo ensaio clínico randomizado, nos idiomas inglês e português, sem restrição de ano, realizados em humanos, que abordassem os comprometimentos motores em indivíduos diagnosticados com DP. Resultados: Foram identificados um total de 550 artigos, dos quais 545 foram eliminados, resultando no final a inclusão de 5 estudos publicados entre 2009 a 2014. Conclusão: Foram encontrados os comprometimentos motores mais clássicos da DP, contudo durante seu avanço é possível detectar outros sintomas motores que podem ter uma relevância diante o estadiamento da doença.
