Objetivos: analisar a associação entre indicativos de ansiedade e depressão e características de enfermeiros que atuam nos serviços de saúde em nível terciário no contexto da pandemia COVID-19. Método: Estudo de corte transversal, descritivo e analítico com abordagem quantitativa. A amostra do estudo foi não probabilística, constituída por 101 enfermeiros(as) por meio da aplicação de questionários online utilizando a ferramenta google form. Resultados: O estudo revelou que dos 101 enfermeiros, 57,4% apresentaram resultados de indicativos de ansiedade e depressão conforme a escala utilizada. Na análise múltipla estiveram associados ao indicativo de ansiedade e depressão, não possuir companheiro (p= 0,048), pertencer ao grupo de risco para COVID-19 (p= 0,038), resiliência baixa (p= 0,047) e média (0,015), independentemente do sexo. Conclusão: Foi possível observar presença de indicativos de ansiedade e depressão ocasionadas pela COVID-19 em enfermeiros da assistência hospitalar. As informações encontradas possibilitaram uma observação para os fatores de risco ao adoecimento, o que pode ser revertido em prevenção de doenças mentais ou agravamento de transtornos leves.
