Os métodos ágeis de gerenciamento de projetos têm se tornado cada vez mais populares, propondo alternativas aos processos tradicionais. A aplicação do framework Scrum no gerenciamento de projetos de software também tem sido difundida como alternativa por se tratar de uma abordagem menos burocrática que facilita o planejamento e controle do projeto. Por não tratar especificamente da gestão de requisitos de software, a médio e longo prazo, a perenidade dos produtos de software construídos usando Scrum pode ficar comprometida. Este trabalho apresenta os resultados da aplicação de técnicas de gerência de requisitos integrada com práticas ágeis de gerência de projetos propostas pelo framework Scrum.
Objective of the study: To propose a revision cycle for organizational routines in public administration organization based on the analysis of deviations between the ostensive and performative aspects of the contracts management and supervision routine of the Instituto Federal Catarinense.Methodology/approach: Qualitative, descriptive, single case study research, with data from documentary research and interviews.Originality/Relevance: The research helps to appropriate the topic of organizational routines to public administration by analyzing deviations between agents' behavior and the rules that govern them. Additionally, a revision cycle of these deviations is proposed.Main results: Deviations arising from the outdatedness or inadequacy of what is foreseen in the ostensive aspect were identified. Moreover, agents tend to base performativity on something other than what is foreseen in documents and instructions since their habits, competencies, and skills force them to inertia in how they act.Social/management contributions: The proposition of an organizational routine review cycle for public administration that curbs unwanted variations in routine execution.
O objetivo deste trabalho é caracterizar a produção da literatura científica internacional que relaciona estudos do SC em “Startups”. Como metodologia, realizou-se um estudo bibliométrico por pesquisa descritiva e coleta de dados. A amostra foi baseada na base de dados Scopus, totalizando 85 documentos selecionados para análise. Startups são consideradas empresas nascentes de base tecnológica, que atuam em um ambiente de incertezas, buscando tornar seu modelo de negócio repetível e escalável. Assim, o SC é um meio importante para coordenar o processo operacional (ciclo de vida) de startups (Walley, 2007; Rusko, 2011). Os resultados demonstram, além de diversidade quanto a autoria dos trabalhos, dois campos a priori de pesquisa. Um com olhar sobre o impacto das restrições financeiras, principalmente em empresas iniciantes, na coordenação da cadeia de suprimentos. O outro, com um olhar sobre a orientação empreendedora e modelo de negócio. O estudo contribui na compreensão da necessidade da busca de mais teorização e exploração da SC dentro do domínio de Startups. Na prática, esta necessidade reflete na premência de empreendedores e gerentes melhorar a sobrevivência e desempenho de startups, gerenciando ativamente suas cadeias de suprimentos.
