El presente trabajo expone un modelo sintético y facilitador para generar planes de evolución basados en la estrategia digital enfocados a las pymes en el marco de la industria 4.0. Se trata de un enfoque metodológico fundamentado en la combinación de los métodos sintético y analítico, que integra desde una herramienta adaptada pensada para conocer el grado de madurez digital de la empresa, hasta una serie de acciones que, basadas en el diagnóstico previo generado, permite alcanzar el grado de madurez digital óptimo. Como colofón, se ha diseñado un plan de evolución de la estrategia digital para las pymes.
Mediante este trabajo se facilita, pues, una solución en habla hispana, habida cuenta de que, según el Informe Industria 4.0 elaborado por PwC, el 33 % de las empresas industriales globales tiene actualmente un nivel de digitalización avanzado y la previsión para 2020 es que la cifra alcance un 72 %. En España, sin embargo, el proceso es bastante más lento, y, sobre todo, más complejo cuando hablamos de pymes.
El resultado de la investigación exploratoria realizada pretende aportar una visión general y aproximativa respecto a la conformación de un modelo facilitador para la elaboración de planes de formación interna adaptados a la estrategia digital de la empresa en el marco de la Industria 4.0.
El modelo propuesto consta de una serie de elementos y medidas que permiten alinear los objetivos estratégicos-digitales con la política de la formación, con el marco competencial digital-profesional (Marco europeo de competencias TIC), el plan de evolución y los ejes de la estrategia digital, y el plan de formación interna de la empresa.
