Sistem administrasi berbasis komputer kini menjadi suatu hal utama untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi, termasuk pada sebuah perguruan tinggi. Internet merupakan teknologi yang dapat memudahkan seseorang untuk melakukan kegiatan apapun. Di era teknologi informasi seperti saat ini, Universitas Gunadarma pun memanfaatkan teknologi-teknologi tersebut, termasuk pada Bagian Sidang Ujian. Bagian Sidang Ujian sudah menerapkan sistem administrasi dengan teknologi tersebut, akan tetapi dalam penerapannya masih kurang optimal. Analisis perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pada sistem tersebut. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan analisis, diantaranya adalah SWOT dan PIECES. Dalam penelitian ini, sistem administrasi tersebut dianalisis dengan metode PIECES. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi beberapa variabel yaitu kinerja, informasi, ekonomi, kontrol, efisiensi dan pelayanan sistem. Hasil analisis yang didapat yaitu kinerja sistem sudah bagus namun belum optimal, informasi yang disajikan kurang lengkap, kontrol pada sistem masih kurang, dan banyaknya penggunaan kertas mengurangi peran dari sistem administrasi tersebut dalam mengoptimalkan administasi di Bagian Sidang Ujian. Setelah melakukan analisis dengan metode PIECES, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem administrasi yang sekarang digunakan oleh Bagian Sidang Ujian, Universitas Gunadarma perlu dibenahi dan diperbaiki agar proses administrasinya dapat terselenggara dengan efisien dan efektif. Pembenahan dan perbaikan yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah dengan mengembangkan sistem administrasi berbasis web.
This research aims to observe the performance of licensed enterprise antivirus software. The company Antivirus researched is Trend Micro Worry-Free Service and Kaspersky Endpoint Security. To get the data done testing on the specified antivirus parameters using the help of tools like Rebooter, BootRacer, Teracopy, Process Explorer and IP Messenger. Testing both antivirus software did as many as 8 parameters are boot time, restart, full scan, copy-paste files and use memory capacity during a full scan or when idle. The results of the data found at random are analyzed with statistical tests using Test T and test F. Tests conducted to indicate there is no significant average score difference from the test result value of 8 antivirus parameters. The result of the T-Test statistical analysis and F-test is that both anti-virus product has the advantages and disadvantages in each of the parameters with the speed of time and memory capacity used. But when calculated as a whole, antivirus Kaspersky Endpoint Security becomes the best antivirus performance.
The Warcam store is a store that sells various frozen food products since 2019. The sales process at this Warcam store often experiences a shortage or excess stock of frozen food which causes losses for shop owners. This happens because Warcam Stores have not know how to calculate inventory. This study will discuss how the stages of making a forecasting system using the website-based trend moment method can help to predict frozen food stocks. The data used is data from 2019 to 2020 with in 360 transactions. The stages begin with business understanding, data understanding, and data preparation. Build a model using flowchart and perform a simulation of product forecasting calculations until an evaluation. This system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process For Data Mining) approach. From the results of testing the system that has been made, this system can predict frozen food stocks with an error value of 14.52%. This error states that the forecast is still not correct, there are still excess and or lack of stock so that further research needs to be carried out using other methods.
