A psicologia da saúde, tem como responsabilidade possibilitar ao sujeito uma autonomia em relação ao cuidado da sua saúde. Com isto, verifica-se a relevância da psicologia na construção de ações de promoção da saúde como em ações de sala de espera. O estágio obrigatório é uma etapa muito importante para os discentes. Pois, é a partir desta atividade que os alunos ficam mais próximos da realidade profissional. Por conta da pandemia da COVID-19, houve diversas mudanças no ensino superior e também nos campos de estágio. Deste modo, o objetivo deste estudo é relatar a experiência de discentes do curso de bacharelado em psicologia através das vivências do estágio supervisionado em psicologia da saúde durante a pandemia da COVID-19. O estágio supervisionado, foi realizado no ambulatório de medicina de uma instituição de ensino superior privada, na cidade de Belém do Pará durante o mês de julho de 2020, e contou com a supervisão e o planejamento das atividades tendo como foco a seleção de temáticas que abordassem a saúde mental. Assim, foram realizadas duas ações, a primeira, tratou-se acerca do autocuidado da saúde mental e a segunda foi sobre as mudanças nas relações causadas pelo contexto de pandemia. Mesmo diante das limitações apresentadas neste novo contexto do estágio, o objetivo deste estudo foi alcançado, no qual precisam haver adaptações dos discentes e docentes. Estes fatores, mesmo desafiadores, foram também propícios para aprendizagem de novas habilidades.
