Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal el de determinar los Factores del Comportamiento del consumidor que inciden en la Decisión de Compra de los Jóvenes de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), así también como objetivos específicos el conocer de qué manera impactan los Factores Sociales, Personales y Psicológicos en dichas Decisiones. Por otro lado, el enfoque utilizado en esta investigación es de corte cuantitativo con un diseño correlacional y no experimental, de alcance descriptivo cuya muestra es de tipo no probabilístico incidental de un tamaño de 704 jóvenes estudiantes de la UANL, los cuales el 53% son de género Masculino y 47% son de género Femenino, mayores de 18 años de diferentes semestres y distintas facultades y carreras cuyos datos se recabaron mediante encuestas con un instrumento llamado “Factores del Comportamiento del Consumidor” conteniendo cuatro secciones: Factores Sociales; Personales; Psicológicos y Decisión de Compra, mismo que está integrado por 26 items tipo Likert donde: 1. Es Nunca; 2. es Casi Nunca; 3. Es Algunas Veces; 4. Es Casi Siempre; 5. es Siempre. Los hallazgos encontrados en este estudio resultaron ser muy atrayentes y oportunos, los cuales están descritos con puntualidad en el cuerpo de la investigación.
La investigación “El impacto del marketing de Influencia en la decisión de compra en los jóvenes de la U.A.N.L.”, tiene como objetivo “Determinar de qué manera impacta el marketing de influencia en la decisión de compra de los jóvenes de la UANL” y medir el impacto de las dimensiones propuestas como objetivos específicos las cuales son: la autoridad, empatía, consistencia y la reciprocidad en dichas decisiones. La metodología utilizada es no experimental, de alcance descriptivo es de corte correlacional con un diseño transversal con una muestra de 672 jóvenes, cuyos datos se recabaron mediante encuestas con un instrumento llamado “Comportamiento del Consumidor y Marketing de Influencia” compuesta de cinco secciones: Autoridad del marketing de influencia, Reciprocidad del marketing de influencia; Empatía del marketing de influencia; Consistencia del marketing de influencia además de la Decisión de Compra, integrado por 40 items tipo Likert donde 1. Es Nunca; 2. es Casi Nunca; 3. Es Algunas Veces; 4. Es Casi Siempre; 5. es Siempre. Se realizaron estadísticos descriptivos; transformación de variables y Correlaciones Bivariados. Como resultado obtuvimos una correlación positiva fuerte entre las variables de Decisión de Compra y Marketing de Influencia (0.596); La Autoridad nos mostró una correlación positiva Moderada (0.443); mientras que Empatía correlación positiva Fuerte (0.520); La Consistencia correlación positiva Fuerte (0.564); La Reciprocidad con una correlación positiva Moderada (0.446); Se recomienda realizar el mismo estudio con un grupo de edad diferente para identificar si existe una relación significativa, y realizar comparativos de los grupos estudiados.
La presente investigación muestra los primeros resultados de estudio acerca de la importancia de reconocer los conocimientos previos de los estudiantes universitarios de nivel medio superior. Explora las opiniones ellos tienen sobre estos conocimientos a partir de sus años previos en la educación formal; y cómo la correcta implementación de estas estrategias puede favorecer a su desarrollo académico y por ende generar una inteligencia emocional positiva. Utilizando un diseño mixto de investigación, se empleó el enfoque exploratorio ya que se recolectaron diversas opiniones de un grupo de estudiantes del nivel medio superior por medio de la plataforma digital denominada PADLET, la cual ofrece la posibilidad de crear espacios colaborativos y de comunicación. Partiendo de las siguientes dos preguntas generales: ¿cómo te sientes al darte cuenta que aprendes? y ¿qué sentimos cuando sentimos que sabemos?, y tras analizar las respuestas obtenidas, se indagó sobre las opiniones y experiencias de los estudiantes. Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría se sienten confiados con sus conocimientos y con seguridad para aprender, aun en estos tiempos donde la educación la tienen de manera virtual, expresando emociones positivas como satisfacción y felicidad. Esta primera exploración nos permite comprender la importancia de integrar en la práctica docente la identificación de los conocimientos adquiridos con anterioridad por los alumnos, favorecen además del desarrollo académico, la inteligencia emocional.
El presente proyecto busca generar una guía que apoye al docente en la elaboración de recursos educativos digitales pertinentes para los contextos universitarios actuales, esto debido a la verdadera necesidad que tienen las Universidades e instituciones de Educación Superior de avanzar hacia una verdadera transformación digital, que implica entre otras cosas, contar con materiales didácticos adecuados que permitan ofrecer una verdadera educación digital de calidad. No se busca que el docente tenga conocimiento de los recursos digitales, sino que, a partir de los contenidos de sus propias unidades de aprendizaje, sepa desarrollar las estrategias de aprendizaje adecuadas a las competencias que espera alcanzar, utilizando los recursos electrónicos digitales (RED) como medio, no como el modo para lograrlo.
El giro que la educación ha tomado a partir de la pandemia, hizo necesario que se plantearan nuevas alternativas para dar seguimiento a los programas educativo. La respuesta de las Instituciones de Educación Superior fue priorizar el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación por medio de actividades en línea, convirtiéndose en tarea de los profesores universitarios adaptarse a este nuevo proceso; esto nos lleva a la necesidad de entender cómo se sienten al respecto. El objetivo de este artículo, es analizar la aceptación y uso de la tecnología en profesores universitarios, considerando la antigüedad o el género como factores determinantes. A partir de una metodología de corte cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental de alcance descriptivo y exploratorio, se utilizó la Teoría Unificada de Aceptación y Uso de la Tecnología (UTAUT) de Venkatesh et al., (2003), aplicando el cuestionario a 100 docentes. Los resultados permiten observar que los profesores universitarios muestran una aceptación positiva ante el uso de las tecnologías, pero si presentan Ansiedad, esto se comparó con la experiencia docente, encontrando que los profesores con más de 20 años de experiencia, reportaron valores más altos. Esto nos podría decir que, aunque se cuenta con soporte social e institucional, las dificultades ante el uso de la tecnología, podrían marcar la diferencia de usarlas o no. Aunque esta investigación es exploratoria, se sugiere considerar más variables y una muestra más alta para analizar si se repite esta tendencia.
