O estudo busca contribuir com a temática do turismo sustentável visto sob a perspectiva de Commons sustentáveis pela via do conhecimento, explorando a literatura para verificar quais são os recursos de conhecimentos necessários para alcançar um destino turístico sustentável e que possam ser aplicados por meio da Gestão do Conhecimento – GC. A metodologia conduzida foi a revisão sistemática integrativa que permitiu a identificação de Papéis do conhecimento no bem comum turístico. As categorias analisadas foram: conscientizar sobre o turismo; educar e capacitar os usuários do destino; valorizar a identidade local; e fomentar ações coletivas. E cada variável foi caracterizada por subcategorias. Os resultados apontam que ainda há carência dos processos sustentados de criação e compartilhamento de conhecimento próprios da GC. Nos commons de conhecimento, a gestão desse recurso pode ser a diferença para tornar o turismo com foco na sustentabilidade.
A transformação digital (TD), entendida como o impacto das tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC), atinge todos os setores. Na educação, as TICs já haviam sido responsáveis por quebrar barreiras de tempo e espaço para o ensino, por meio da educação à distância. A Educação digital – ED, contudo, vai muito além do uso das TICs para ensinar: requer compatibilizar metodologias e tecnologias do ensino de conteúdos para a aprendizagem baseada em aquisição de competências. Isso exige mudanças no perfil das equipes de programas de ED. O objetivo deste estudo é descrever um caso prático de formação de equipe multidisciplinar de tutoria em Programa de ED. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa básica com revisão bibliográfica e documental. O estudo encontrou evidências da necessidade de novos perfis de tutores e possibilidades da aplicação do Programa em outros contextos de ED em escala.
