F Fiqh has a very broad scope of study and has high urgency. Unfortunately, many of the younger generation neglect and even underestimate the basic laws of fiqh, such as procedures for purification, prayer procedures, and others. A human being will certainly feel the need for fiqh along with his awareness as a Muslim, especially for a student who is an agent of change and is seen as intellectuals. This training aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of practical fiqh through studying the book of Fathul Qarib. The learning method carried out in this activity is using the bandongan method, and asking the bandongan method is a method in teaching the yellow book in which the kyai or ustadz reads, translates and explains the yellow book, then students listen and write the translation (ngapsahi). While the question and answer method is a method that is also carried out by providing opportunities to ask questions in accordance with the chapters discussed in the study of the Fathul Qarib book, the question and answer method is carried out after the bandongan.answer method. Based on the results of the Fathul Qarib training activities at the Alif Lam Mim Islamic boarding school, it can be concluded that. students can evaluate themselves regarding their understanding of practical fiqh. The students can also add and improve knowledge and understanding of the science of fiqh. From this learning, the students can apply the science of fiqh in everyday life correctly and in accordance with existing laws.
Training on publication of reputable international journals for students is a training carried out to improve and increase the ability to create and publish journals. With this training, students are more aware of the needs of publishing and producing scientific papers, this is because a lot of information and knowledge are already digital-based. The purpose of holding training on the publication of reputable international journals is that FTIK students are expected to have experience and be able to publish reputable international journals. This service method uses four stages of activities, namely material presentation, journal templating, discussion, and article submission. Learning to read the Qur'an has the meaning of an effort made by the ustadz or cleric to his students to understand the procedures for reading the Qur'an as a whole with correct and precise readings. Community service activities through mentoring learning the qiro'ati method for children at the Alif Lam Mim Islamic boarding school aim to ensure that the teaching carried out can run well in accordance with Islamic religious guidance as desired by Allah SWT and Rasulullah SAW through His revelations and treatises. The research that has been carried out aims to determine the process of Qiro'ati Method Learning Assistance for the Children of Pondok Alif Lam Mim. The approach used in this community service activity includes the qiro'ati method, lectures, and questions and answers. The results of this study indicate that community service activities carried out with qiro'ati learning mentoring for Alif Lam Mim Islamic boarding school children are as follows: first, adding insight and knowledge to students about the science of recitation and the qiro'ati method. Second, fostering the spirit of students in improving the science of recitation, and third helping educators in implementing the qiro'ati method in learning to read the Qur'an at the Alif Lam Mim Islamic Boarding School.
The Role of Islamic Boarding Schools in Shaping Generation Z's Morals In Pekalongan. This article aims to analyze the role and values of Islamic boarding schools in the traditions carried out in Islamic boarding schools as a solution to the problems of Generation Z regarding their morals, manners and morals which are fading and disappearing in the era of globalization. This research is a qualitative research. The informants in this study were caregivers, Mu'alim, and students at the Al-Uthmani Islamic Boarding School. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping generation Z had three dimensions, namely the divinity dimension (hablum minallah), the human dimension (hablum minannas), and the natural environment dimension (hablum minal 'alam). These dimensions are formed from the traditions and customs that exist in Islamic boarding schools. The cottage tradition has its own value that can shape the character of the santri so that the pesantren becomes the best consideration and solution for the guardians of the santri to choose the best education in the era of digitalization with clear educational achievements in the formation of good morals.
Salah satu tujuan Sistem Iptek Nasional adalah meningkatkan kemandirian dan daya saing bangsa, artinya perguruan tinggi didukung oleh lembaga litbang (LPNK, LPK, dan Badan Usaha) dan tenaga pendidikan tinggi yang berkualitas sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan Mahad Al-Jamiah IAIN Pekalongan untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut yakni dengan cara menambah pengetahuan serta keterampilan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Mahasiswa Cendekia (mahasiswa bimbingan Mahad Al-Jamiah IAIN Pekalongan), dengan cara mengadakan program bimbingan di bidang riset dan kepenulisan. Salah satu kegiatanya membuat akun Google Scholar. Tujuan diadakannya pelatihan pembuatan akun Google Scholar scholar diharapkan mahasiswa cendikia mampu membuat akun Google Scholar yang digunakan untuk mendukung agar karya publikasi mahasiswa diketahui oleh orang lain. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian langsung melalui praktek yang berbentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuat akun Google Scholar. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa dapat mengetahui cara membuat akun Google Scholar. Kemudian metode yang diarahkan oleh dosen pengajar mudah dipahami oleh mahasiswa, karena memberi materi yang sistematis. Sehingga dalam kegiatan ini bisa memberi motivasi kepada mahasiswa untuk "melek teknolongi" dan mulai bersemangat produktif menghasilkan karya tulis untuk dipublikasikan di Google Scholar.
